Step 1. Open package, feel it. Keep is as a display to show your family and friends Step 2. Have an amazing experience your first time using it because its flexible. Step 3. Take it out despite being nervous because what goes in must come out! Just go for it. Step 4. Try it at the beginning of your cycle because things will be more lubricated (an acutal tip, wow)

This was annoying. How tf was putting it in for the first time such an “amazing experience”. I came here for tips. How do I know if it’s in all the way? Or in correctly? I used my first one last night and woke up covered in blood. What did I do wrong ?

Not to mention dangerous and unsanitary. Those things get stuck in people all the time. And they don’t even talk about it. They don’t even show you how to use it. She’s just smiling and laughing and giggling like a clown.

@@jlewis122 they physically cannot get lost in your body. If you do your research you would know that a menstrual cup or disc cannot enter the cervix and get lost inside. Plus pads and tampons are more gross because with pads you are sitting in your own blood and tampons feel like a dry finger, and they have chemicals in them that cause cancer.

I did not like flex. It took a while to try and just get it in my vagina then I couldn’t tilt it like the directions said. The discs are way too big.

“25% of your life is spent on ur period” I can’t find the ad that says this but… is the founder brain dead? You only menstruate from age like 12 to like mis 40s-50s.. so that’s one. Two is- who the fuck has their period for a full 7 days?? Wtf? Mine lasts 4 days, sometimes 5 but last day is light af, barely anything… sorry I just KNOW they sat around a marketing table and thought of that and said “yeahhhh that sounds crazy, saying 25% of your life is spent suffering! That’ll make them want it!@

The reason why the creator had constant yeast infections may be directly associated with her hygiene. Who keep a tampon in or a pad on for 12hours? That’s not sanitary because your sitting in your discharge. This disk seems to be doing the same thing which is allowing the discharge that should naturally come out and be regularly cleared and cleaned every 3-4 hours depending on your flow. Telling a person that they should be allowed to wear a sanitary napkin or tampon or menstrual device for more than 6 hours in my opinion is UNSANITARY. No wonder she had infections for 15 years.

@@victoriarose5715 they clearly don’t know what they’re talking about because tampons and pads are more gross because with a pad you’re sitting in your own blood and with tampons it feels like a dry finger. Plus, it’s so secret that pads and tampons have chemicals in them that cause cancer. I will never use either of those products again.
