Today is my second day after surgery.....feeling much better. Yesterday after surgery was HolY Hell. Much better now, just rest and follow doctors orders
My 9th day post op today feeling a lot better. Getting out of bed normally ish now. Still bit of soreness and quite swollen but I suppose that’s normal
Trojan Man wow man, that sucks. I've only been getting better. Saw my doctor today and he said it's healing well. I literally had mine operated on a month after finding it. Hope the coming days are better for you.
its been a better day today. used the pot and can get up and down a little easier. luckily my wife has helped me a lot. wouldnt want to face this alone for sure
Trojan Man glad it's been better for you. I can't imagine having to go through two of these. my only issue now is the headaches from.the epidural. I'm guessing you had a general anesthetic?
Trojan Man I got one about 3 inches. total of 6 stitches. Doesn't bother me at all anymore. just still the surrounding area is still swollen. headache has finally gone and I'm on the last couple of meds left to take. Just have to get the stitches removed a week. I'll be in Vietnam, so hopefully find a suitable clinic.
Ciao my mate am Alberto in shanklin I.o.w how are you going I had this done what a month and two days ago on me right side inguinal hernia before I went to hospital for it I was really sick I mean sick and going to the toilet felt weak was weak in pain and the top half of me was burning up and the waist down was freezing for 5 days then I was ok I thought then some weeks later I went into hospital came out within a week I was having it done what did you have anything like that and did you have desoverble stitches done on the inside or what anyway it was done right where I was going to have a tattoo done lower part of me stomach so that was redone for moving up from the scar and that for next month now anyway I better let you go and hope you and your family have a great xmas and a great new year
Hey Alberto! I had a mesh implanted so that it could never happen again. I had stitches on the outside that were removed 8 days after surgery. I do not know about the inside though. Its been almost 3 years now, but I still get some pains directly where the mesh is. What is worrying is if it happened on one side, there is a high risk to happen on the other side.
