Inguino-scrotal Hernia || Ultrasound || Case 32
Clinical Features:
Middle-aged male day-labourer came with the history of:
- Left inguinal swelling
- Left testis is slightly up in position within the scrotum
Ultrasound Findings:
- Herniated bowel loops along with some collection at Lt inguinal region
- Lt testis & epididymis are pulled up with herniated content
- Lt sided hydrocele
- Normal Rt testis
