This scenario makes me want to see more scenarios like this. It was the most fun ive had in sims for awhile. It reminds me of the way all households had storylines in sims 2 when you started.
I found that Ava got the most in mine too, even though she was the least deserving in mine! Eddie had several promotions, had a girlfriend and had good relationships with everyone but got stiffed with the least amount of inheritance.
When I did it my bonus was Ambrosia to bring granny back to life if I wanted. I did a few of the options after she had passed before engraving the urn.
When I did this scenario I also thought the oldest daughter got screwed in my scenario. I had her make up with all the other sims and had a job in education. The youngest daughter didn't make up with anyone and still got the most!
I wonder if this scenario is why they fixed the ‘take photo together and instantly become best friends’ glitch, because that would have been a really easy way to cheat this scenario.
I started this scenario last night and it took me hours to heal those sentiments!! Once I got the siblings to a neutral relationship I had them spam each other on social bunny until they were friends😅😅
I love your playthrough of this scenario! I like that you weren't sneaky about trying to cheat and manipulate but tried to genuinely play & get the bad sentiments to heal! ^__^ I appreciate that! :D
I’m really interested in what makes the different siblings have such different amounts. Like if Eddie and Lela has partners would they have gotten more? Did they need several promotions? Bc it’s funny to me Ava got the most and she just wanted money, like it seemed like she was the oldest but still. I liked this it gave me sims life stories vibes from the sims 2.
I actually love these challenges, the stories are great for on going, giving ideas to do different gp, after the challenges you can continue forward with the stories, I really enjoyed watching this 😅❤ hi bowser ❤❤❤
I thought it was just me, that maybe they used a kit I didn’t have for her shoes, but yours is the same! Lila isn’t wearing shoes, just black socks for her everyday and cold weather!
In my story i had them made up by cooking together a lot, dancing all at the same time while apolgizing a lot lmao, the oldest got the most inheritance and the two youngest got a lot less, all three of them got jobs and promotions, but no partners. The girls were easy to made up but the guy had a harder time to make peace with the girls idky. I made grandma donate 10k but then i just couldn't burn the money bc the guys were really making an effort to get along.
When grandma died I just didn't keep her so when the scenario was finished I got a bunch of satisfaction points for each sim and ambrosia and I got the oldest to eat ambrosia bc she was the only one who got a fear of death when grandma died.
To get money you can also buy the evergreen Christmas tree. There you can put gifts under the tree. Open a package per sim every day and sell the gifts.
I just completed this scenario and Grandma left most of the inheritance to Ava, $26,000 to Lila and $23,000 to Eddie. I loved playing this scenario, without a doubt it was the best so far

In mine Ava is just toxic and confrontational, while the other 2 siblings are already resolving their differences and plan to push Ava out. She'll be fine, doing her own hustle as a criminal anyway so she can just be the new Nancy LOL! Granny also told the brother one night that he's the favorite because he's a lazy suck up. She knows he's a fast learner, but will never be motivated enough to survive without the inheritance, so he's in the running for sure out of pure pity.
mine bugged after the dinner I couldn't progress. but I had fun while I played! I gave the grankids jobs: lila - entertainer, eddie - tech guru, ava - actress. I couldn't get them to get a long but they all have a better relationship with gran. eddie died during a holiday swim, lila and ava became bitter enemies but gran had a great relationship with them. oh maybe because they got jobs before the story progressed. oops!
Mine got unfair amounts too. Ava got over 100k, and the other two got less than 20k, but they all got the same message about worrying she gave them too much. Maybe it was about her being the oldest?
I watched a news story about one woman who left her dog 12 million dollars two grand kids got nothing and two got 5 billion in cash and 5 billion in a trust fund but they had to visit their dear old dad's grave as a stipulation for receiving their 10 billion dollar inheritance
I don't want to be *that* person, but the grandmother's name is pronounced Nissa, the Y sounds like an I and rhymes with Melissa. I do get knee-sah a lot though lol I've heard it all, that y really throws people off! I love how chaotic this scenario is 😅
I feel like Violet have gotten a makeover from her mother Audrey and her father Rory and all her friends Ayaan, Samaria, Hiroto, Iosefina, Evie and Molly. Emilia just aged up from a child to a teen. Her parents are not mean while Evie are trying to go to university with her mother Janette and her father Luis.
I had them play a lot of chess to get out of the red. Took me two real days to get them out of it. Ava got the most in mine and then brother and sister. She got married and is expecting.
i still dont understand how to complete the heal centiment things. they already be friend till be good friend. but it still not complete. how to solve it ? do i had to turn on auto age ?
When granny died but your other sim was selling the plants I genuinely thought someone only got $64 for the whole inheritance 😂😂😂 like if that was real what an iconic insult. Go Granny
Still haven’t finished mine, but did anyone else have the oldest daughter, start a midlife crisis like first day??? Also granny married there butler and focuses them to clean now.
I'm playing this right now and managed to have every sibling become best friends and they all have good sentiments, BUT the 'heal negative sentiment' goal wouldn't get ticked off. I don't know what else to do... people are saying its a bug and their solution is to use mods or cheats. Help!

I understand deligracy using pronoun “they” to not offend anyone, but honestly sometimes I get confused when she says they instead of just he or she. I get it with ppl but with sims, idk it’s a game and it’s pretty obvious whether or not if the sims is make or female. It just feels unnecessary, but unfortunately this is the world we live in
