The micro-transactions are NOT for loot boxes I believe. Only for cosmetic skins, transfer looks, etc. Gear cannot be obtained at all with real money.

I can wait 3 years to buy the GOTY edition for $20 lol shoutout to patient gamers. Update: Got the Legendary edition of the game for $15, when I made this comment it came from the perspective of being overburdened with college/work and not having alot of time.

The story is pretty good continuing the events of the first game. Although, Diana is a total Wondercunt in this...just like in the first game. Lol

I feel like it should have been mentioned that any and all microtransactions in this game are entirely cosmetic. You can't pay real money for motherboxes, only source crystals, which are used to change the look of gear, and unlock shaders and skins.

I played the first one a ton, and this one feels amazing. The animations in the super moves are really well done, and the general feel of the game is incredible

You can actually see damage, depending on how many times you got hit, during the animation for when you win. You can see dirt on the characters skin and dents in the metal

I use to casually play fighters until MKX, i loved the way the game worked, the combos, and the characters. And with Injustice 2, it was literally the same feeling as if I was at home! This game is amazing!!!

Before You Buy..... If you're playing multiplayer and see SonicFox5000 with Deadshot save yourself 2 minutes and just Rage Quit when the match starts.

I like the gear system in theory but it could use some tweaking cuz it can make some characters very powerful for their level. And I wish the mother boxes let you narrow down what can be found, like for certain characters or this box gives gear, this one gives skins and abilities, cuz it's annoying to grind forever and not get gear, skins and abilities for your mains. But overall it's a very fun game, the story mode was very good.

This game is truly something else.. they give you so much more content then other fighting games. This is the way it should be. This game blew me away and I didn't even buy the first one lol.

The only micro-transitions are for source crystals, which get you shaders strictly for customization. Nothing wrong with that, in my opinion.

I love how the multiverse pack lets you unlock the other characters even though it's mostly is just new skins the people also darksied is really fun

I've been using scarecrow flash and blue beetle a lot. they have great looks fluid styles and gear looks amazing if not repetitive at some points but over all I'd say it's an awesome game enhanced by being a comic book fan

How big is the learning curve if you've never really played a fighting game before? Does the campaign sort of 'ease' you into it? or do they just throw you into the thick of things without really explaining the controls?

They are not aggressive with micro transaction you use it for useless things and most skins you can unlock from boxes that they give often. Very often. Especially playing multiverse. I have about 6 hours total and have made it quite far and have amazing gear for my character that's I play(green arrow, robin). Also you get in game currency that you can use for boxes and skins...

I have absolutrly loved this game. The Multiverse is my favorite considering I constantly loose online. Great game all around

I don't own the game but I've heard people complaining about the projectile spam being ridiculous. Supposedly the dodge roll doesn't compensate for the corner camping. Any thoughts?

I want to know who they hired to edit the music in. There was the main one but there's one in the background that kills any mood you're supposed to feel.

While I'm here I'll say I did an injustice 1 tournament with my dad, basically we would pick characters to fight and then do 8 1st round fights and if it's one of my or his characters vs the same person's character than the person would pick one and we did 17 of these with the last one being all the gold medalists With the final results lost to history but Gold: 5 points Silver: 3 points Bronze: 2 points Glass (4th): 1 point In 3rd place in points was batgirl making a very good performance in the last tournaments (my dad's best character) In 2nd place was the joker My and my dad's 2nd best character In 1st place was Deathstroke being my best character and me picking him for every tournament and winning almost a quarter of the tournaments so having many spots in the last one winning the double point finale And least used character being bane used only once in tournament 16 (the less used ones)

I don't feel like the microtransactions are as in your face as overwatch. I bring this up because that lootbox system feels like it's always working against me, but I2 doesn't feel that way at all. 10 hours in and I've gotten really awesome gear by just playing.

The most shocking aspect of this fighting/comicbook game is how the female characters actually have realistic body proportions...

one little problem I have is not a lot of levels or level transitions hopefully they bring levels in with the new characters and my favorite is the flash reverse flash and grodd

you didnt mention the AI part where you get to watch your character(s) fight other online characters. pretty cool system they got there. i love the story and multiverse is pretty cool too.

It's now 20 euros for injustice and mk11 ultimate combo. I think its a good time to buy.

Im so happy that wisely preordered this game. I never preorder games but this one really deserved it. Even though during the early days after release online mode was down here and there which is expected, online mode worked really well day 1 with no lag or connection issues. Really good game and all the microtransactions are not even noticeable since its only for cosmetics and you will get so many cosmetic changed that its not worth buying.

I just finished both campaigns for MK11 and I needed my next fill of Netherrealm fighting :)

Have you ever encounter a bug in the story cutscenes' BGM on the PS4 version? Just thought I'd mention it. You'd hear an additional BGM that wouldn't go away until you quit and return or after the next battle

Looks good, but I"ll be waiting for a PC version even though I have a PS4 Pro. If there's a chance I can play at 4k 60fps on ultra I don't mind waiting.

I was playing multiverse mode a while ago, and the modifier was the one where for like half the battle, the arena is upside down. I don't know about everyone else but that one was so hard I wanted to punch through my tv, I couldn't do any of my abilities and just kept getting wrecked

I've been playing the shit out of this game and im really digging it so far, my favorites at the moment have to be Dark Seid, Black Canary and the Blue Beetle. I was also a little dissapointed that there was no battle damage on the fighters, but where you said it probably was not there because of the new gear system makes a lot of sense, i didn't think of that.

My worries are that when I buy the game in September it will have died down I'm just curious does anyone think it will die by then or will it still be as popular.
