Bruce, that is a great overview. I look to this kind of info to correlate and validate what I am seeing as I work with hundreds of printers as well. You didn't touch or one of the biggest issues I see and that is more and more businesses are running out of the easy money from the COVID years. The PPP, EIDL, and ERC money is drying up or is gone, and the SBA loan payments are kicking in. I am disappointed in how many shops have completely ignored their underlying profitability or lack thereof as long as they had money in the bank. The second point to consider is the distribution of data for average revenue per job and average units per job. What I am seeing is a bigger spread between large and small orders. The larger orders are distorting the averages. I would consider rerunning the data to look at Median and Variance to get a more accurate picture. Overall, great work going into 2024
