Thank you ! To look at my inner dialog and" red light emotions" this way is revolutionary. I'm slowly making progress, working on fitting the puzzle pieces together. My inner child has been obsessing on a series of incidences that happened as an adult. As much as I try to follow these events back to childhood, I'm not making a connection yet. Looking forward to the new meditation!!!!

My mother froze my inner child. If I tried to sing ^ stop that " If I'm final myself laughing "stop people can hear you!" She lived in so much cultural fear. As a 50s child. She created massive anxiety in my brother and I. My brother and I had the same Dr. And finally 20 years later. He said your brother has the same anxiety. Then I explained our life to the Dr. Only once my inner child stops listening to moms lies. I am extremely creative.

I want to say I was STUNNED that you said six to nine years old, because I was a child of a family who had to move often, and from the summer I turned six to just before I turned nine we lived in one place… it was the first time I had my own bedroom and my first memory of that house is going into my room and shutting the door. That was where my self-isolation began, and I still don’t know why I did it. But that’s the child I think of, alone in that room.

All of this makes perfect sense and explains why experiences I had aged 4-11 have had such an impact on my adult life. The problem is i can recall whole conversations and situations from 60 years ago. ,things outside my control then,! as they would be now. even as an adult,!we have no ability to control how the cards we are delt affected and still affect our life's path,!apart fom hypnosis, i cant think of any way to forget the early life lessons.
