Dr, why the crown is so difficult to remove even after splitting?😢

If you find it difficult to remove the crown after splitting then that mean the tooth sectioning is not proper as there is not enough space for the tooth to come out. You can see it in all of my videos, the crown comes out easily after sectioning.

The only criteria is that the tooth should come out without any trauma to surrounding bone and without appmying excessive force.

Initial healing takes 7-10 days. Complete healing will take around 3 months. By complete healing I mean that the socket getting filled by the normal bone. But you can eat anything after 7 days of the surgery. So it doesn't matter how long the complete healing takes.

sir want to invest for piezo by woodpecker. is it worth? If we do not reflect flap also would it injure soft tissues. I mean if it touches soft tissue will it harm? Howz cutting efficiency sir

Piezo is really good for bone surgeries. Because it does not injure soft tissue when it come in contact with it. It cuts only hard tissue. But do keep in mind, it is quite slower than the regular rotary instruments. But the biggest advantage that piezo has is that the patient is comfortable during and after surgery (minimal postop pain and swelling). Regarding the flap reflection, I would suggest you that you still raise a flap as the best surgery and outcome can be achieved with proper visualization only.
