As far as i know, slicer doesn't have the option of exporting a 3d model as iges. You will have to use some other software to convert from stl to iges.
Hello Sirji, when i give psa block though i aspirate in two planes with negative response and injecting with a slow speed still sometimes small or some times well defined ball shaped swelling happens in zygomatic arch are on cheek.Reason after all following all instructions ? Is it because of deep going or due to fast delivery of solution? Or something else pls guide
Either it is because of because of improper technique (needle placed too laterally) or can be because of hematoma. And even with that such swelling should not be seen as the injection site is situated deep. Going too deep or fast deposition of local anesthetic solution cannot cause such swelling.
Informative video ..Some patients who have undergone dental extractions from different practitioners have reported that their trismus has not resolved even after 15-20 days. Could this persistent trismus be attributed to local anesthesia (mechanical causes or infection) or dental extraction (mechanical causes or infection)?"Management??
Yes it can be attributed to the same reasons. Even i experience trismus a decade back after extraction of an Impacted thrid molar which lasted for 3 weeks. The management will be the same (analgesic, muscle relaxant, antibiotics if infection is suspected, mouth opening exercises).
