The plane is always there and can be interacted with, is the simple answer. The game won't let it move or die until you activate it, and you can't activate it until you've opened the key door, but its always there and able to be flamed.
@@DazeBagabones okay thanks. yeah as i pause the video i see the flame connecting to it while its invisible. damn thats cool. would also be the same case for any other plane in the game.
