I've installed this exhaust on two different mt09 can confirm the ptsd but man that sound is worth it then send your ECU into moore mafia for ultimate pops and bangs 🤘
I also put a full titanium system with the S1 muffler on my z900, when i first started it i was shocked at how obnoxiously loud it was. But after a while you get used to it😅 akrapovic bores me

Honestly didn’t care too much for the upgraded suspension or the Cruise control, Which are the only reasons to buy the SP. i figured i’d put the extra money towards the mods👍🏼. I appreciate the support brother🤘🏼
I have the SP and the suspension is quite nice. But I’ve heard the biggest difference in handling comes from making sure you get a 2021 or newer frame. 2021+ handles well if it’s a base or an SP. I only hit the twisties on this bike. It EATS them. Straight lines get boring cause no top end. And I only use the cruise control if I’m going on a long commute on the highway going 90mph+ or if I need to adjust my gloves or jacket while moving. @henribroeking8841 I would say, if you buy 2021 or newer, it doesn’t matter too too much if you go base or SP

Are you not worried about the engine running Lean and hot? I've heard of some MT09's blowing up because people have put a straight through pipe on them. Sounds gorgeous though.
@JakeBaileyYT Glad to hear it. I've heard some horror stories about MT09's and 10's blowing up. Reasons are hard to pin down, but the consensus is, bikes with aftermarket exhausts that haven't been flashed. Greetings, by the way, from Windsor, UK. Yes. That Windsor. Happy riding.
What windscreen is that? Looks like in the beginning of the video you didn't have one, then after you got gas you did. Looks low profile do you like it? I have a 2023 mt09 in blue no mods yet. Thinking of windscreen/windshield. Some are stupid cheap, and some are expensive. Just curious where you got yours and price
Did you have to tune the bike when you put the exhaust on?? I want to buy this exhaust but I’ve read you have to tune the bike for any exhaust and I don’t want to void the 5 year warranty I have 😂
soo i don’t personally ride yet my friend has a 6th gen zx10r with an sc project and he isn’t tuned the bike will run a little more rich and sometimes it might die a little on starts but overall the bike will be usable and just fine is name is swervy on youtube btw
@@ItsJustJakeYT sure follow these steps. Ride with earplugs- losing your hearing in your 30s really sucks Don’t ride an obnoxiously loud bike. It makes us all look like assholes and eventually makes the situation worse for us as legislation starts to neuter bikes, worse and worse because they’re just too loud. Finally, you should put mirrors on your bike. Mirrors let you see the old dude on the 25-year-old Yamaha holding up on the mountain road so you can pull over.
