HUGE THANKS to ExpressVPN for offering all Food Ranger viewers 3 months free and 49% off their yearly package using this link: ExpressVPN.com/Thefoodranger . Travelers need ExpressVPN to stay safe online and to unblock any site. I personally use it for Netflix, even while at home in Canada, but also while traveling to unblock content and episodes that are geoblocked, and I also use it for security, because airport wifi and hotel wifi is often very insecure, leaving my data vulnerable. By connecting to one of their servers around the world, it’s just like my computer or phone is in that location, and all data sent while connected to their VPN is secure, safe, and private from others to see, so I know that my data won’t be hacked or looked at by others. Thanks so much for watching, and we have tons more videos coming up for you! Please leave me a comment below letting me know what you thought about this episode, thanks so much!!!
I just realised that I just watched the longest video of Food Ranger and still feels like it was a short video and I wanted more Man you guys are amazing
I watch your videos and start planning a trip to China for the food. Watching your video makes me hungry. I want to seriously visit the places. I love spicy food
I am a Korean living in Shanghai for 7 years, and I tried the sichuan style brain tofu for the first time! It was a sichuan restaurant with authentic chefs, and wow the foods were amazing. The blood and pig intestine in chili oil was so good, and yes I tried the brain. It was so creamy, almost like a monkfish liver. I loved the texture a lot! Those sichuan foods were lovely! I hope I could really move to ChengDu :D
This is one of my all time fav episodes. I think Trevor did very well to include the other two. A lot of you tube personalities invite people to their food adventures and don't quite let the guests enjoy the experience. BRAVO TREVOR! And GREAT CAMERA WORK to the one behind the scenes!
God, this is my favorite episode so far! It's a full exploration for a city! !! If you want, you could enjoy the foods for entire day in many cities of China~ They won't let you disappointed
I want to be on this show only to look at the camera and say "mmm, MMMMM, Woooow, this is really good, Xièxiè nǐ, haha!" and give a 9,1 rate on the food. Sometimes I pretend to be Trevor and I imitate his reactions and my girlfriend just can't handle it lol. Gotta love Trevor
i love this so much! you can see how genuinely happy the natives to chengdu were when you spoke their language fluently!! i’m moving here in august so this video was an amazing look into this city!!
40 minutes just flew by.... Bring in more 40 min videos Trevor!!! Loved it.... Btw, i'm so jealous of the 2 winners!!! Completely deserving though...... Keep it going buddy!!!
Freaking AWESOME! Congratulations Narendra and India on your trip to China. First trip? What fun! Hope you had a good time. Great job Trevor and Ting! My wife and I are going to China this summer... wish we could meet up with you and Ting somewhere in China.. would be great fun. Thank you for your great work!
After a rather miserable week, I was so looking forward to your Saturday food adventure. Of course, I was not to be disappointed! Your guests from England were very adventurous and happy and were a great addition to your cadre of strolling food enthusiasts. You all cheered me up and have me planning for my evening meal. I cannot go out today as Toronto is in the midst of a freezing rain rain and snow storm so I shall cook at home. My menu will be chicken thighs, veggies, noodles and yes, Szechuan pepper corns with chilli garlic paste. Do you realize how influential you are? I wonder how many people watch your very informative and delicious adventures and then make or eat out, wonderful Chinese food? Thanks again Trevor for yet another fabulous outing in the very city where my iPad was made. Cheers from Colin.
when Trevor said at the end of his videos about what we thought, I only have one thought, this guy is definietly responsible for making me hungry everytime 😂. awesome job! and congrats to Narendra and India!
you really amazed me😍you know how to speak any language..i was so amazed !!and of course all of the food you eat is so mouth watering🤤🤤i want to taste all of that🤤
You are such an awesome and gracious host Trevor. I’d pay big bucks to go this ultimate Chengdu Street Food Tour with The Food Ranger! It would be the trip of a lifetime!
This video is fascinating. I'm about to move to China and there're so many videos out there on youtube just showing how horrible and different China is from the west that watching your videos is refreshing and now I can see how Chinese are kind and hard-working people. Love it!
Thanks Rood Ranger, brings me back to Chengdu. I studied at the Traditional Chinese medicine College of Chengdu. We ate all this food and I miss is so much. This made my mouth water and I could smell the distinct smell of hua jiao in my head.
This is the best video I've seen so far from The Food Ranger, all the rest are hhhmmmm..... just plain Awesome and Exciting:). And this make me want to go and visit again China soon... hoping that Covid will be 101% cleared out.... Great Travel only happens with Good Food and Good Company.... Stay SAFE!!!
I cannot believe you guys ate roast duck like a snack ! How bourgeois ! And I 'm glad that you noticed the twice cooked pork tastes like bacon. It is so delicious. I still remember the first time I had this dish. Yum.
please please let me in for one of those amazing chrngdub street food tours. man and i thought i just need to speak english and mandarin fluently and love spice street food! man was i ever wrong man!!
Wow!! You need to stay in China!! Many many Congrats to your winners in using chopsticks!! It only takes 5 mins to learn how to use them and another 5 mins to get used to eating with them!! Duck omg!! I'm getting some for Christmas Day and I'm making tong yuen (tang yuan) New Year's Good Luck soup as well hmm!! 😄
thats so true i try avoiding watching all his videos if am not eating anything , its like impossible to watch his videos without having something to eat
It’s simply amazing understanding we are living in one world and we easily forgot how rich and wonderful different cultures are. Thanks for uploading this amazing piece of art. Now I’m hungry…

NarendraTheComic I hope you leadned the lesson from Chinese guy. Next time you get asked where you are from say I am indian living in England. That is why I love chinese mentality. They are very straight and direct and will tell you the truth.

I had subscribed your channel 5 times with different accounts. Whenever I watch your videos I get hungry. And after watching your video I go to nearest restaurant where I could find to get same dish as you are covered in your post.😂
Hey Trevor and Ting Ting thanks for video footage the winners really enjoyed being in Chengdu China wish it was me and son Frederick can't wait for your upcoming food adventure your friend Sheila in United States Massachusetts 😁😉🙃
Wow, a 40 minute episode? I enjoyed every minute of it. And the people in China are so friendly, I would like to invite everyone home for dinner. Everyone seems to know you and everyone likes you, really nice. Thank you Trevor for sharing this with us.
We won the competition before the end of last year, but April was the best time for us to come out to Chengdu. Lol with all this food, you never know the 300lbs could be possible haha!! Thanks for the great responses!!
i just want to say that you should invite a couple of fans more often i find it interesting to see others experiencing something this awesome. and they are genuinely intrigued by the entire experience! trevor youre such a great travel guide!!
What a lovely couple. They were the perfect winners because they tried everything and were so nice to the stall holders. You could tell that they really appreciated Trevor's expertise. I loved her accent but a few of the locals couldn't understand that they are Indian but live in England. Trevor and Ting you are both so kind taking them and us on a great food tour. I hope that they had a safe trip home.
We're siblings but thanks a tonne!! Trev and Ting were great host and just fantastic people, it was so easy to get along with each other!! The India/England thing was fun!!
NarendraTheComic I'm so sorry I didn't pick up that you were brother and sister. I'm glad that you enjoyed your time with Trevor and Ting. I really liked meeting you both in this way, maybe you should make some videos of your own because you both were good in front of the camera.
