It's the year 2022, 15 years later and this is by far the best burnout ever. That model of Mustang sounds like an earthquake. I get chills every time I watch.
I have watched many, many burnout videos on the ol' internet and I think this is the best one. So smooth through the gears and sooo mush smoke! Great burnout & sweet car. More please.
17 years, wow. I’m 30 now I remember watching this in the library at school. Still one of the best burnouts ever, and that supercharged 4.6 sounds glorious
The boss has arrived OMG the brutal power and torque. That fucking sound. It tells everyone "shut the fuck up". You can just imagine a fucking lion amongst sheep.
As an Australian, this shouldn't be considered a burnout as such. But as a now 30 something year old, remembering seeing this as a kid. It is still one of my favourite burnout videos ever.
This is by far the best burnout on RU-vid, absolutely bulletproof drive train to do that in fourth gear. I would love to know what has been done to it.👍😄
@DudewithdaShades either they have a brake bias valve and they put all the braking power up front, or they have a "line lock" with a line lock all you do is press down the brake pedal and then flip a switch that powers a solenoid and it holds that pressure to the front tires even with your foot off the brake pedal. I have one on my 09 GT and it makes burn outs at the track very easy to do.
254 people drive a chevy including myself so enough with the fued both ford and chevy make wonderful cars and cant we just appreciate the american muscle we have all come to love
I have a question. The rear brakes - the calipers and the disks, do they not get damaged/bent when you hold the brake and the gas pedal down at the same time?
@7150285 Drag cars use things called line locks. They lock the front brakes but not the rears allowing you to spin the rear tires without burning up the brakes. But normal cars have more power to the front brakes than to the rear, so to do a burnout (in a manual) rev up the engine, pop the clutch and ease on the brake just till you stop moving. Don't hammer the brakes, just ease onto it until you stop moving, and control your throttle (stay away from your rev limter)
@pinkstewie It looks like that is whats happening but infact it is actually the wheels spinning chucking the smoke not only out the back but down on to the floor in front of the wheel meaning the only way the smoke can go is inwards under the car and outwards out the sides.. As seen in many burnouts with rear exhaust oulets.
@bengaltigerrex i dont know if you are bein sarcastic or kidding around or somethin but a good way to prevent this is to put saranwrap on the quarter panels before a burnout. I know it sounds stupid but trust me it works. I do it on my truck all the time:)
@holeshot1 Mate it has no number plates... also is the exhaust before the rear tyres legal? the fin looks like you can hang a parachute off it and the tryes look like street/drag race ones.... the first reason should suffice...
@leethehunter A mutang is rwd, and the hand brake locks up the rear wheels. U need to be using the normal brake (foot brake) to lock up the front tires and floor it at the same time. Pour water on ur rear wheels because they'll spin eaiser.
whole video is dope, but i love the little burn in first at the end just to make it coast to a cool exit. Killer burn dude, no matter what these little panzys say about their girly little hondas! You know where the power is, and you have one thing they'll never have...torque!!
@NeroKoso he doesn't have to shift quickly....a very relaxed demonstration of the cars immense power and torque to smoke it easily in ANY gear! He didn't need the water at all IMO.
@justwired The supercharged 4v sound of the terminator engine, the cobra bumpers and badge onthe side. Judging by the supercharger whine its a kenne bell...
When you press the brake pedal, all four wheels brake. So why is it that when burning out, the front wheels lock when pressing the brake, but the back wheels seem to be free?
@NissanTy Well duh, I know that lol. You do know the Terminators come with a P.O.S. eaton right? It's a M112. Pretty good blower that people swap onto other Mod's or Windsors, most Termi owners are boost crazy and just want something with a bit more potential. And I've seen plenty of LSx motors with KB's. Mostly in the new Camaro's but I've seen a couple Vettes on youtube with a KB. Just not very common on 4th gen F Body's because they wont fit without cutting the cowl.
