With the humidity in Fl, especially south Florida, along with the sea salt being swept in, actual wood floors is not a good idea. There is some special types of treated wood that ca work, but it's a hassle, but some people think the hassle is worth it(bc they're rich lol)
I'm so glad you guys stopped doing those overly dramatic sped up room transitions. That was a such a tacky way to show premier real-estate and made me nauseous. This video is proof how far your production has come. Still pretty annoying music and a bit loud but nobody is perfect. Maybe little to no music would be better. The best walking vlog channels just use natural sound. Not sure if that is your thing but maybe there is landscape soundtracks that don't require you hang on a mood for showing. It is just weird having people think this is similar to a Disney movie emotionally.
