Went to a league play event yesterday. Had fun! I didn’t play a game yet because I spent most of my time opening a booster box and sorting my cards, but now I have things organized and plan on playing an Amber/Amethyst deck next week.

My favorite pull was getting my enchant ursula card beautiful, holographic it was like opening a willy wonka bar and finding the golden ticket saw the shine and gleam and was like what is this theres nooo way and pulled my card from a box of inklands cards

I think ya'll don't fully understand what "Pre-Release" means. The game is in fact NOT fully released right now (it does so at September 1) and the card prices will significantly drop when it is. IDK why so many people keep saying that it is released...

are the current boxes first editions? or are they at the mercy of reprints. would love to know because reprints would just cause the boxes to drop in price. i dont really have fomo so not dying to get these at max cost, but if they drop in the future id love to

Yes the game is still in print and the people at the moment are basically scamming people with the first set in conjunktion with the card hype following the corona pandemics.. go see the price portals.. every scam tactic made a looooot of money in that time.. basically there will always be cards and people selling them because so many people hoarded them. which actually makes them worth a lot less
