Ivr found that the powder kinsect can work well with this as they all have a healing cloud so as u attack you not only get the blood rite heal but also the kinsect heal
@@LetZZZeranimeymas4987 I've found it best to pause the video when he shows all his skills and equip the armor set he shows, then fill in the blanks with the correct Decorations, I don't believe the Talisman matters too much but a talisman with a 3 slot and 2 slot or a 2 slot and a 2 slot would be best. As for the Dango's, there is a dango that can be unlocked via quest that gives you health regen while fighting a large monster aka most monsters
I was looking a po chi's build and he basically also played a archdemon quiro without malzeno and he constantly stays at 1hp with adrenaline, aint for me since I got tossed around like a football every hunt
I remember having a similar life drain set with shagaru magala armor for a while. Instead of mixing in Malzeno for healing I had opted for the powder vortex kinsect, since even just with two dust clouds that's nearly a full heal every time. I could see that being good here too
Now I don't know what is and isn't viable but I do know that powder kinsecta go really well woth this build since if you used thw vortex attack and are still damaging the monster you get a good heal
Your second recommendation is actually similar to what I’ve build. For mine, since I don’t have the godly talisman I changed a few of the skills to suit my play style with crit eye, chain crit talisman. Plus stun resistance level 4 deco. Coz I tend to get greedy with my hits and get stunned most of the time lol. Max chain crit and crit eye for higher affinity since I tend to get aggressive a lot and sometimes I don’t hit the right spot to access weakness exploit. Hella high dps with kinsect slash hitting 200 per hit sometimes. And the ending dive doing 200,200, 310 on the final hit. Bad thing about it is I tend to forget to heal from time to time LOL maybe I should switch to your first recommendation 😂
First I wanna say, your ig glaive builds have helped me alot. Second, I was wondering what recommendations you have for ig. I'm using twilight repose but sometimes you just wanna see yourself using something else. Honeslty I can't really decide what other igs I should go for. Armor wise I just best malzeno, I've been using the astolos set because the crit skill is just so good on hunts
Glaive recs depend on what you need. There's a staggering amount of choice in Sunbreak. Even the friggin' Magia glaive is amazing, with excellent comfy white sharpness, huge blast buildup, level 15 kinsect, and tons of gem slots at rarity 10. Rathian is monstrously good too - level 15 bugs with tons of raw for neutral affinity. Every element has at least one amazing glaive - Narwa's element is so high it's practically a dual blade, crab glaive has great stats while Ludroth has stupid high water, Rathalos is looking spicy, Final Boss and Valstrax and a couple others like both Magalas are good dragon options... Honestly? Since they all go to rarity 10, pick one out of a hat. Except some notable stinkers (like Golm weapons in the endgame are basically useless due to blue sharp, and Ibushi looks like a dumpster weapon), even basic stuff like Kamura looks pretty damn nice.
Oh I'm definitely gonna get there! Heroics is definitely the most challenging game play style but my god its satisfying when you win! I wish you all the luck!!
Surprised people aren't taking advantage of the bonus heal kinsect with the dereliction, since it heals you whenever you recall an extract. People sleep on that poor bug so much
Pair Dereliction with Bloodlust, you'll heal all your red health once frenzy is dealt with. These two skill plus Coalescence are most efficient at level 1 too. Also it takes minutes to max out Qurio spawns so I don't think using swap is good for maximizing damage output. I like to use Recall Kinsect or heal powder to stay healthy instead.
@@陳嘉宇-y4q max Dereliction of course give you more, but the first level give you most stats per point. Bloodlust is there only to recover red health so one level is enough. The drain is quite severe though. Handle with care.
I would like to know if these builds work well for endgame. I tried all three builds and the [REDACTED] monsters still kick my ass. I'm not sure if the builds are insufficient against them or I'm just playing bad. (I have no prior knowledge of how to use an insect glaive, I only used it for the entire Sunbreak story with some friends.) P.S. Sorry if my comment is a little downer, I got really salty from an "irregular" Blood Orange Bishaten :)
@@midzisupremo7601 Ohhh no I don't use gyro haha I'm actually on Mouse and Keyboard so my aiming is done with my mouse - Sensitivity of 1, mouse DPI 800 haha. Camera speed is default. I do have dynamic camera settings turned on so it autoadjusts for big attacks.
@@bran9642 weakness exploit, crit eye, element damage, critical element, Power Prolonger, Speed Sharpening, Razor Sharp. Those are all some of thr basic skills for builds. A really good set I used a lot was the full astalos set since it gave a handful of the skills I just mentioned
Why are yous ticking to the ground and his head for this fight? IG is pretty great for breaking backs and wings if you are airborne, so this way you would have 3 spots to regen health from while attacking. It is also better for comboing into the wirebug attack and doing big damage into a single spot.
For both of those hunts, the head has the highest hitzone weakness to dragon dmg - also I didn't show the full hunt where I was going for breaking all parts but yes IG is amazing for back and wings and you can have multiple healings zones :D.
That's the exact setup I would kill to have. I was actually thinking of that exact stack on an endgame mixed set, although it would require an insanely high rolled Coalescence talisman to fit all four of those skills in. High risk, high reward, take no breaks and no prisoners, the ultimate Unga Bunga build? Sign me up. Something like a Coalescence 2/something else/311 slot talisman would be absurd for that if it can roll that way. Bladescale Hone for the near 100% offensive uptime?
@@FelisImpurrator I have the setup haha. It gets crazy high damage numbers. I'm using the gore glaive which is 310 raw and with all the buffs active it hits 537 at the peak. Attack 7, resentment 5, crit boost and wex 3, masters touch 3, windproof 3, coalescing 2, handi 1, free meal 1, dereliction 1, bloodlust 1, chain crit 1... it is ungodly good. And the best part? You don't need bloodrite. Rarity one kinsects bonus is "bonus heal"... gives you a larger chunk of health for ever color you extract and also on kinsect slash if it's the first of that color grabbed. Can easily outheal the health suck. If you have questions about any of this hit me up! It's so much fun.
@@kylewilliams8332 Honestly, the only downside sounds like having to use rarity 1 bug. I don't like using low tier slow bugs. Otherwise, that is an utterly stupid amount of damage. Gotta love the idea of giving LS and GS a run for their money on the frickin' bugstick, when we used to be infamous for DPS never reaching past the dead center of the pack as weapons go. Would Vortex Kinsect work to outheal the drain, since green dust vortex is essentially a max potion? Honestly, if Blood Rite can fit I'd try for it anyway just because I want to be able to use some of the insane high level bugs. More importantly: What's the actual mixed set, charm, and decos to get that, though?
@@FelisImpurrator yeah I know, using the rarity one bug is lame but that healing is sooo good. And I tried out bloodrite at level one but it was not able to keep up with the dual health drain when blood and derelict were active. The healing vortex could work yeah, but it requires more downtime and more risk than a quick bug tap and recall haha. And the health chunk you hey back is really nice,especially paired with recovery up dango. And for the set it's shagaru helm, archfiend chest, jyuratodus arms, Rath waist, archfiend legs. And my God charm from base game: attack 2 wex 2 no slots lol.

Would it be good to use only the coil of Malz and then the boots of Gaias if I still want the buffs don't don't wanna fully lean into the vamp build? Or should I go full send
I also would have liked Blood Rite 2 from the coils - but those coils are really rough - lacking jewel slots and not as much skills as the Rathalo - Rath gives you those 2 att and crit boost plus a lvl 2 slot. So its 4 lvl2 skills which is hard to replace vs Malzeno coils which gives you just 1 att boost.
I'm still on the search for the best stamina options. Kinda leaning towards dash juice right now. With a lot of stamina, you can do much more Kinsect slashes and just focus on Tetraseal when on the ground. Tetraseal is a stun mashine, especially when combined with archfiend armor on blue scroll.
For insect glaive imo, dash juice is enough when you combine ground and aerial combos. If you are going more strictly for aerial playstyles, I would throw in Constitution. Prioritize using less stamina vs faster regain because you have to wait for monster openings anyway, you may as well wait on the ground while reposition. You also don't need toooooo much since glaive aerial you can only do like 3 swings before having to come back down anyway so I'd suggest a max of 2 constitution levels should be ideal :)
I've found that dash juice and/or Dango Fighter works pretty well if you always max out your stamina like me. Typically the best DPS loop for that is triple kinsect slash into diving wyvern (each kinsect slash increases the power of diving wyvern up to 3 times) and then work your combo into tetraseal for damage while your stamina and wirebug is recovering or use advancing roundslash for mobility/counters to get you back into the air and repeat the loop. It's a bit tricky to pull off sometimes with smaller targets that move around a lot, but if you can land that it's fantastic. I've been pulling around 4000 to 5000 damage per combo cycle with my current build. That's currently the best balance between DPS and stamina regen I've found currently.

I was not using the final build in that fight. I don't run it because I prefer DMG over comfort. and also I stipulated for that build you won't die once you break parts in that section of the video :) the heals is insane from max bloodrite!
