That back garden of the first property is bang on, one of the best I have seen at that price range (and quite a bit higher) and I’ve been watching your videos for years!! Kaleb. Happy Monday. 1st home like the elevation. Looks peaceful. 5 beds 2 baths? Already biased 😂. Good size primary. Closets ok re:his/hers. Ok size en-suite. Turn the tub into a closet. Kitchen dated. Laundry 🧺 room ok. So the person in the front bedroom has to walk all the way over there. 4 beds to 1 bath is insane. Covered enclosed lanai and big pool. Fenced and more yard. This the seller. 2nd home unique elevation. Actually like the tile. Odd layout. At least the 1/2 bath close to the front bedroom. Primary en-suite dated. Too much black in the kitchen. Only thing I like is the pool but guess there’s potential. Guess can have a formal living room and the 2nd space more relaxed for PlayStation hookup. 3rd home like the elevation. Good size home. Like the floors. Another unique layout. Beautiful backyard to add a pool. Nice kitchen. Appreciate the 1/2 bath. Big loft. Big primary and closet indeed. En-suite ok. Spacious hall bath. Could’ve fit a double sink. Laundry. Good size bedrooms. Potential but 3 beds to 1 bath 👎. It’s a no for all 3. Yes Mabel. Let’s see what you picked. Love Italian and bloopers.
