Your a stand up guy, that opening was truthful, and honest about the current housing market. I love that your not trying to ignore, gloss over, or sugarcoat things to get a commission, and THAT is why we will pick you!!
I love the fact that you are in touch with reality and are honest enough to admit that prices are going to come down significantly in the coming months . The writing is on the wall , prices are going to plummet , no doubt about it …
Great trio of homes! Love the layout of the first. Great to have elevation, as well. Second home is a good price for someone's first home. Third house has a funky layout, but has outstanding curb appeal, great backyard and nice interior design.
Is this home in Clermont? Anything smaller ? I heard you can always offer a lower price on new construction?could you offer 350 on this home?on the second home how far is it from Clermont? and could you offer less on this home too?
lol ... After a $107k discount and still $392k! No fridge smh. Builder should have excavated the back yard before building the house. That was dumb. Nice house and all but this house should be in the neighborhood of around $199k on its best day. No back yard or fridge. At least you had the courage and integrity to inform perspective buyers of the real facts on pricing.
Okay Kaleb they needed Epoxy badly in the Garage. My Concern is the Backyard which is up on the Hill, When it Rains, Which could Caused Flooding and push it through the House. Causes a Significant amount of Damage. The house is Nice, But to the Buyer, it's something to think about. $370,000 is to far off. House #2, Just Loved. It does need Carpeting in all the Bedrooms, and Epoxy in the Garage, Otherwise Beautiful Home. House #3 It's Gorgeous, But needs Epoxy on the Garage floor. Loved the Beautiful Kitchen It's Way, Way over My Head. But Preferred the House #2 😃👍 Video 📸 KALEB!
Hey Kaleb. Happy Sunday. Oooh. New construction. 1st home. A lot of front yard. 4bed2bath 🫤. This is different. 3 bedrooms upfront on the same side of the house. Laundry room a little small. 1 bathroom servicing 3 bedrooms but you did say there was a 1/2 bath. Definitely appreciated. Big kitchen and pantry; good size dining. Primary ok size as well as the en-suite. Forget the tub. Prefer a linen closet. Huge backyard with mild slope towards house. 2nd home looks small but it’s deep instead of wide. Again 4/2. Didn’t hear you say 1/2 bath. Again 1 bath servicing 3 beds. At least in the same wing. This laundry room bigger. Good living dining space. Primary ok. En-suite small but nice. Closet bigger than I thought. A pool may fit. 3rd home. Like the paved driveway and 4/3 and a little bigger with 1900 sq ft. Washer/dryer off the formal living room. So you enter through the garage and walk through the living room 🤔. Don’t care for primaries in the front of the house but love the floors. Spacious indeed. Good size closet. Love the en-suite counters and shower. Tub not needed. Kitchen is lovely also. Appreciate this bedroom with an en-suite. 2 bedrooms across the hall and a lovely bathroom. Big backyard. Would have an amazing outdoor space. The dining space a little small. Although don’t care for front house primaries, it was lovely. This home had the most appealing color scheme and 3 bathrooms. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.
For the low end builder grade home #1 PITI payments would be $2,644 with current interest ands 20% down. You'd need to make about $95,000 to qualify. Prices have to come down more.
Nice job with video, nice homes, tend to be less costly in middle of State, as hours away from Beaches, still somewhat overpriced, Imo, but nice for retiree looking for quiet area, not sure if mentioned if have Hurricane windows, I guess not required in middle of Sate
Hi Kaleb 😉 the price drops are nice! It's about time. Do you think they'll come down a little more?? Also, don't forget to call my other half in the next day or two to set up a showing(s) while he's there in town. I do have a particular place in mind. I left his number for you. If you need it, let me know ☺️
Hello Kaleb I am interested in A Town home in the ForthLauderdale area such as MARGATE, LAUDERHILL, LAUDERDALE LAKES, TAMARAC, CORAL SPRINGS. CAN YOU DO A VIDEO ON THESE AREAS SHOWING FORECLOSURE/ BANK OWNED PROPERTIES. THANKS.KALEB.
These homes should not cost 400k. T the fact they lowered the first home by 107k just tells you how crazy this market is. be patient and don't make stupid financial decisions. also for FL consider the crazy expensive insurance and high taxes.
House 1, may be the best deal given the neighborhood. House 2, is just not appealing, but house 3, could be great with a further price reduction….neighborhood may be sketchy for the $ investment in this property. Thanks, Kaleb!
178 dollars per square foot that's still a lot of that house can go for a 120sf that is really nothing special about that house 262000 will be a very good fairprice
Don't like glass top stoves. I also don't care for a sink on the island. It takes away for cooking space. Also having a sink on the island gets water everywhere even with a drain board! Which also takes alot of space. I rather have a electric or gas stove and a full island for cooking and baking. So all 3 homes I personally wouldn't buy.
There is a reason prices are dropping drastically. Unsuspecting buyers not aware of the mandatory flood insurance and roofing laws. The homes look like you’re walking through the Home Depot, no pizazz or natural lighting 😂
Hey kaleb. Excellent houses. Only need in all 3 is maybe some nice shrubs and definitely pools for all. Prices on 1 and could come down a little, but overall the houses were nice. Still waiting to see prices to decline a little more
