This is what I learned in business school, here in Canada: never buy Justin Bieber's house - "Justin Bieber" is used as a generic name interchangeable with "celebrity" - buy real value instead - terrain, materials etc.

This house is on the most prime location of LA, and on 10 acres on top of that. It is the price of the land. But I think it would sell around 70 to 80 m at a discount from last sale price of 90m.

I’ve actually been to this house. The house itself is amazing, there’s so much detail throughout the house it’s hard to appreciate through video. The grounds are incredible, you forget that your in the middle of a city.

Rich C - Yes, if you're going to spend that kind of money, you don't want to be living in a fish bowl like those homes on the beach in Malibu. Privacy is key, I think. It's very beautiful albeit, the kitchen needs work.

All you need to do is look for the same space about 20 miles away from where this house is and you'll get it for half the price. Look for even better/cheaper locations and you'll get it for even less. Plus you can save on a lot of these unnecessary luxury items in there and get it for even less money. There is really no reason to buy this property for so much money

OVERPRICED? 5 acres looking at a golf course 5 minutes away from Rodeo Drive! Look at those 250 million dollar (AND MORE) houses in the hills (far away from everything) with no garden!! They should spend a couple million to make it modern, and put the price up to like 280 million!

I agree, I thought the woodwork and the carved plaster was absolutely spectacular. I also thought that some designer did a great job integrating contemporary furnishings into a traditional space. But judging by the other comments we are in the minority here.

@@hp4793 I do agree it's a tad overpriced, and the whole celebrity thing is just cheap marketing. But I find the 'hate' for the property itself to be rather unjustified. The quality and craftsmanship of the house alone is beautiful and classic. They just don't make 'em like they used to anymore. Well that's my opinion anyway.

115 millions is a bit too much you think? Let's not forget that the house comes with a Marilyn tunnel. The Marilyn tunnel can be converted easily into a Taylor tunnel on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays. Then on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays it's a Miley tunnel, while Taylor works with Hollywood luminaries like Demi Moore at the revised theory of relativity. On Sundays, tunnel is definitely closed.

$115 Million for a 13K Sq. Ft. House is sheer insanity (even if the house has a super high build quality). The Real Estate prices in West LA are artificially inflated and disgusting. And I blame realtors for much of this. This is a $20 Million dollar house at best.

This house sold for $90 million 4 years ago, so treating it as an investment with a ~7% growth in 4 years the price is actually kinda fair. BUTTT personally I would expect farrrr more than just 10 acres of land for this price. $40 million (and under) houses featured on this channel have far more/better amenities.
