'short term rentals' but they require a minimum of 30 days and annual rent is 2million dollars. So they want day rates for long term rental. Zillow says the rent is 1/3 so bit confusing. Nice house though
Darren - are the Flats considered to be more desirable (i.e. more expensive) than the hills in Beverly Hills? Seems the hills give you great views but smaller lots and narrower streets while the Flats provide no view but bigger lots, wider streets, and closer access to shopping. I understand that comes down to personal taste but which one is considered "more primo" by realtors?
they are not. i live in los angeles. privacy and exclusivity is the top of the line and everybody's desire ( well, most everybody---I actually love the flats because the hills offer so little parking)

Why oh why do they keep mounting The TV above the fireplace ? It's bad form, bad taste and bad for your eyes and your neck. The TV should be set at eye height when you're sitting down !
