Location here is remote, not the city, so you will need a car to get there. Why would you want two cars? It makes more sense to locate the Tesla in the closest major city so you pick it up after getting off a plane.

I’d like to know how they generate enough power for this power hungry home. That solar is barely enough for the refrigerator. What powers lights, gym equipment, heat/AC, technology, etc?

I think that's a pretty sizable array of solar panels there... should be enough to generate, on average, 65 kWh per day. A fridge consumes anywhere from 1 to 4kWh a day, lights and gym equipment just a fraction of that. Biggest consumers would be AC and that Tesla. But yes, there's backup generator

@@Jeroen74 Yes on generator as we saw a large propane tank to run it. They probably use an efficient heat pump system and hopefully it doesn’t get cold enough to require power hungry electric heat. Maybe the heated beds are for those cold nights. As a Tesla fanboy, I love the included destination charger

Shelby why do the video occasionally get this strange artifact (7:02 and 7:17 for example) where there is vertical tearing? Is this caused by some post processing SW, like stabilization? I've seen it previously too.

She said it's this one specific lens she uses that has this problem. It's really weird indeed, it's like the camera 'forgets' to process that part of the image with stabilisation data. Maybe she should try turning it off and see if that helps.

The best way to afford this vacation is to split it with two other couples. In Feb you can book this fabulous place for $300/nt per couple, all included. So a week is about $2100/cpl. It gets pricey when one family funds the entire expense, but remember this is luxurious living. I like it 🎉
