I’m a hard man to impress because most luxury places feel like their only purpose is to milk you and not to make it like you got your money’s worth staying there. Monica, this is the first time I’ve seen you genuinely happy on vacation and Wander provided you with an experience you couldn’t have gotten anyplace else. The design of the home, the views, the size and most importantly, all the amenities and level of service were carefully thought out and well put together! You got value for your money and it showed in your review. The Wander vacation home in Palomar Mountain was a dream getaway for you and your sister Shelby and it looks like you had a good time there. A place that would definitely be on my bucket list and again, thanks for your presentation of this gorgeous Wander property!

I love both of your and Shelby's videos but I feel like I can totally tell you are the real estate agent of the two - you just notice more details because it's a part of your job! like for example commenting on the pull-out dish drawer. it does make it a bit more educational to watch!

also, when you split the booking in 6 people, the cleaning fee stays 150 dollars per person? it is not also split? if not - better 1 person pay and the other transfer that person money back ... 6 x 150 cleaning fee is a lot of money

To stand in the shoes of your visitors, they are taking the risk of not having quality control over their lodgings. They are okay with this risk, but you, who profit off their tenancy, do not?? Don't you see the optics of this perspective?!

They basically don't want you bring your cat with you... but if you do they will charge you an extra $100 per pet for cleaning carpets, corners etc and possibly more for additional treatments.
