Of all the tours I have ever seen on RU-vid, this is by far the best. Of the closets? Number one is hers, and number two is his. Love them both. This would be the biggest home in Norway, where I live.
This is more like it, very beautifully furnished and a lovely colour scheme. I am not a fan of curved designs but I can live with this one. Beautiful overall.
You cane out with a bang! Such a Luxurios home. It's anyone's dream home and more. I really love that outdoor area patio space leading to the pool thought that was a beauty,..entertainment section : movie theather billiards table etc..plunge pool, spa. Steam room, you will never have a reason to leave coz u even have enough space for ur dog to roam around and enjoy! I also think the picture view windows are very nice, & can't forget that garage wow! Definitely a perfect garage for a car enthusiast right? If I could pick a car I'll pick a Lamborghini for sure. Nicely presented Darren! Bravo as Always! ❤️💯
@@PaulPaid Across the street is The One which sold for $141 million, right below was listed at $100 million, and there is a $150 million Mega listed right behind this property.
It looks like there is only one walk in freezer; the walk in with the window in the door is probably a fridge cooler, which is pretty awesome! Great house, good job on the tour.
Расположен на хорошей улице! Мне нравится. А один из крутейших домов в Лос-Анджелесе находится чуть в низ по улице! Кстати по нему нет полного обзора, а хотелось бы увидеть все комнаты что там есть! Было бы не плохо!!
That’s true , I just don’t like that fact the builder built it like it’s he’s going to live there. There should have been at least two more tv’s placed in different locations especially that family room adjacent to the kitchen.
@@SparkWater There are already TV hookups in the all locations that would usually have a TV. If you see a giant picture where you would want a TV, pull down the picture and there will be TV hookups behind it. This house is staged to sell, not to live in.
Great tour! Love the finishes, and they put a lot of thought into the layout. The lower level around the caisons seems a bit of an afterthought, but everything else is amazing. Couldn't help but notice every view towards "the one" was omitted. Suspect it may be a major eyesore, and views into all your open areas. Very nice but not $30M nice.
Darren, excellent review! I love the "Sally's had a little too many" joke!!😂 The lot utilization is amazing! A flat lawn area on a sloped lot is a rare find. The windowed pool and the incredible wellness center are very nice amenities. I would pick closet one. Although both are very nice. Overall, a fantastic property! Thanks for the video!!! BTW, would you choose this or 615 N Farring Rd?
Appreciate the support! Sally's going to be feeling it the next day... I'd go with this one personally over Faring because of the views. Althought Faring has more land and space overall, there's something about having nice views that get me. What about you
HEY Y'ALL, I REALLY LOVE THE TOUR, HOWEVER, I FEEL THAT THE ART WORK ON THE WALLS REALLY BRINGS DEFINITION TO EVERY ROOM AND SOMETIMES NEED TO BE NOTED AND MENTIONED THROUGH OUT THE VIDEO INSTEAD OF FOCUSING IN THE CARS ALL THE TIME BECAUSE US WOMEN SUPPORT THE CHANNEL, THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING...
Idk of this is a thing for some weird reason every time I watch videos about house tour the thing, I was looking forward the most is what type of gate does a house like this have holy fk
Nice house, but there is a great but... Miele latest series 7, not series 6, should have been installed in the kitchen. Miele latest series 7 induction cooktops (24", 30", 36" or 42") for flush-mounted installation are also on the market, Gaggenau cooktops 200 series are totally absurd to install in addition to these Miele induction cooktops. Because, there are also Gaggenau cooktops 400 series (if they wanted to install), which are far better quality! Miele ceiling ventilation hoods for flush-mounted installation are also a far better choice! In the chef's kitchen next to the modern Miele ranges (30" 36" and 48"), it's also totally absurd to install Wolf range! Next to Fulgor Milano professional bbq grill for flush-mounted installation, Wolf grill are also absurd choice! In general, next to Miele under-built refrigerator or freezer, it's also totally absurd to think about Sub-zero refrigerator or freezer! When Wolf or Sub-zero were a brands!? Much better fixtures, sanitaries, head showers with chromotherapy, whirlpool bathtub and smart toilet pan should also have been installed in all bathrooms! There are better manufacturers of fixtures, sanitaries and shower head with chromotherapy on the market, such as Dornbracht, Cristina Rubinetterie, Cisal Rubinetterie, Hansgrohe Axor, Gessi, Hotbath,... as well as whirlpool bathtub, such as Villeroy & Boch, Duravit, Kohler, Jacuzzi, Aquatica,... as well as smart toilet pan, such as Geberit, Villeroy & Boch, Duravit, Kohler, etc. If they wanted the master walk-in closets to be without a skylight, then they should also have chosen a lighter wood as the material, because the dark tones of the material close the space, make it smaller than it is. In the spa, the choice should also have been Tylö (Crown Combi Elite 10 sauna heater with Elite touch control panel and Tylö home steam generator premium set with Elite touch control panel or Tylö Reflection WIDE/RIB ThermoAlder/Alder/ThermoAspen/Aspen glass front or corner luxury sauna or Tylö Panacea dual sauna/steam) or Harvia (any good model) for the sauna and steam cabin, and for the massage table or lounge chair or water massage bed, such as Lemi Group (Aemotio Spa or Aemotio Basic water massage bed); Gharieni Group (RLX Aurasens experience lounger or RLX Satori Wellness lounger); Nilo Spa Design (Ninfea multifunction bed); as well as more expensive variants from the WellnessSpace brand (HydroMassage lounge 440X, CryoLounge+ or RelaxSpace). In the gym, the choice should also have been Technogym Personal gym equipment or Pent Premium gym equipment or NOHrd Premium gym equipment! In the entertainment area, the choice should also have been the billiard table by any of these brands as Cavicchi, Biliardi Cirillo, Vismara, Teckell or Impatia, not like this one simple biliard table! In the cinema room, the choice should also have been C Seed Blade 137"-221" MicroLED 4K indoor tv screen or Samsung 140" MicroLED 4K tv screen (only 1" thick) or LG MAGNIT 108-393" MicroLED 4K or 8K business tv screen (325" screen costs 1.2 million dollars)! Next to Gessi outdoor floor shower with chromotherapy or Cisal Rubinetterie outdoor wall shower head, it's also totally absurd to install this simple outdoor wall shower head!
@@DarrenKriz ok :) it's been years since I played but I did at times pocket 5-6 balls in a row in 8 ball with positional spin for the next shot. Does that sound like something you could beat?
Wonderful estate. Such beautiful finishes. Curated to perfection. The wine area is odd as it does not appear climate controlled and its exposed to light. Builders don't know s**t about fine wine or proper storage. Clearly closet one is the lady's closet and the second is his (much more masculine looking). Same thing with the master bath. Second is more masculine and dudes don't need a soaking tub. Would recommend showing the junior suites first. The master should always be last otherwise you're punching downward. Good tour but you should watch Enes Yilmazer. He is still the king of high end estate tours IMO.
Ok, with so many house tours in a lot of channels nowadays, maybe I have become too demanding. This house is very luxurious, no complaints about that. Rooms division is also ok, with an emphasis on the big garage, I like that a lot. But with a house that big, why make almost all bathrooms without windows? There is a tiny skylight above but not a window that you can open to bring fresh air. For me, this is a big NO considering the much the house costs.
I like watching Real Estate videos. What I don't like is too much of that sing-song narration... you know when the narrator describes a certain element of the property, and at the end of every sentence, the last word is in a higher tone or different tone altogether? Like, the narrator almost sounds bored when describing the property. There's hardly any of that from the narrator in this video, which I like. I will subscribe to this channel.
I’m 3 minutes in and already the bonding on the stone walls on the drive are atrocious, the bonding of the travertine tiles on the front is so poor it need’s removing.
Prices are tanking. The seller will pay a 5% Looser Tax to support drug addicts and homeless. So? 1.5M tax.. 3% Real Estate Agent 900K? Brutal 😂😂😂😂. Beautiful House. Horrible City, Nightmare State. I can’t believe it’s so inexpensive!
Bro is slamming doors, flinging open sliding doors. Take it easy man. No need to be so ham-handed. Also, we can see things are would come, etc. you don’t need to talk nonstop. You’re almost as bad as JP when it comes to the babbling stuff. Nice house though,. Really nice materials and interior decorating.
