@@hiphoprbloverjon9180 my mom left my dog in the car when it was 60 degrees for 2 minutes (with the AC on), came back and there was a woman there to berate my mom because it was too cold to leave the dog in the car. TOO COLD. 60 DEGREES. We live in Chicago and this is a dog that's perfectly happy in 0 degree weather.
You know, I'm used to these expensive mansions being either super tacky or not homely at all, but I really like how this place looks. Really modern, but not super cold.
Don't mind me. I'll be in the hair salon sipping my chilled champagne that I collected from my private bar behind the hidden staircase to my master suite.
I love how he's in rooms and trying to flash things like 'its a great place for enjoying and casually sit with friends' - dude it's a billiard room. It's a great place to play billiards.
I mean really most of us, living alone, we would be good with just a shipment container home. this one is likely just a show house for parties, and real estate
I wish he had shown the staff bedrooms and work areas! I would of liked to see where my butler, housekeeper, and security would be working and sleeping. 😜😎

If I where to live in California and could afford that house, I'd invest in a self contained waterrecycling system. Cause that house still cant stop a wildfire, and it's dependent on the public water 👍🏼
The architectural and interior designs were really well thought. Everything is just unique in its own sense. And don't forget that it is well lit by natural light!! Love to purchase this one.
Mine neer 2,000sqf 1 office-recividor area 3 bed.. one for bedroom one for dressing room and other one for wellness beauty treatments, and I feel its enough, feel lucky and blessing. Can imagen how blessed this people feel about to own the mansion.
LOL the crazy wine cellar which Is made out of something called lucite which I thought was some rare crystal is actually just a fancy name for acrylic.
I love looking at these AD gibillion dollar homes. The jaw drops, I gasp, and I don’t think I breathe again for the rest of it. Occasionally I throw my arms up into the air and say “Good God!” When you think about it, watching these videos is a little like riding a roller coaster. You may be a little sick in your stomach at the end, but you always want to go again.
I like high ceilings, personally, but if I were designing a large-interior house with the idea of "comfort" in mind, I would design around minimizing sound echo off the walls. I could hear a lot of echo just from the presenter's speech. I think acoustic insulation would go a long way to making this home feel more genuinely cozy.
I'll give him credit for name dropping some of the furniture designers, but in the show kitchen when he comments on the "Jean De Merry dining table" he misspoke. Or perhaps the editors used the wrong audio when cutting to the table. That table is an 84 or 96 inch oval Tulip table by designer Eero Saarinen.

I absolutely love this house! Everything is to my taste. The only thing I would like to add is a hot tub/ Jacuzzi instead of a bath in the main bedroom, then it would be perfect. It's nice to dream 😍
