Love the idea of touring with my belovef Erik Conover I am his follower since he almost started to be a youtuber in NYC!!!! afterwards how he became a Realtor.
Really, keep it up with this way of touring through the properties! Its much more natural and you get a much better feeling of the sensations that each room creates.
This is all the house that I would ever need actually! I don't imagine that this stayed on the market too long but proof that there are great houses that come along if you're patient.
This property is magnificent! The layout. The amazing Master suite. The swimming pool. The entire downstairs Cinema room, Gym/Spa, Wine cellar, and Garage. Really appreciate this style of tour that walks us all through the entire property as if we're there with you for our first time as well... Thank you Artur!

That staircase wall looks like polished plaster. You grind down marble into a powder and add it to wet plaster and apply it to a wall. You keep on trowelling to draw the water to the surface and you get that lovely marble effect. It’s Italian, but very popular here in England. That ‘lift’ in the dressing area might be for laundry. One of the first times that I've actually wanted to buy a house. The boxing gym was the coolest. I liked all the designs. I agree with what you said, that tons of money doesn't always equate to character.

I think a lot of people build some things to show them off. But its so not necessary to have a indoor pool or so large spa... Hey, you live by the beach and have outdoor pool. Dont waste time on handy or to much tv. Owner looks like a sportspro :D The house design is amazing and creative!!

Too much glass. The upkeep cost on this property doesn't seem to make that much sense. I suppose for the right high-roller, a good revamp could be worth it based on the market.
Hola Arturo, la verdad la casa no me gustó…muchas cosas en un terreno pequeño y con la autopista abajo…se escuchaba el ruido.! Estoy de acuerdo con tu comentario, de lo que se quiere en una casa. Un zócalo enorme para cine etc etc cuando estás en Marbella….lo que quieres es estar afuera y disfrutar del clima.! Prefiero el formato donde ya conoces la casa, la info es precisa y siempre hay algo nuevo en materialidad o terminaciones por conocer.! Buen trabajo 👍 abrazo desde Chile
I absolutely love the architectural aspect of this house the design of incorporating the natural lighting in the house that is the seller for me and the touring of this master piece is like I’m there you sold the house to me already 😂 no I want to tour this house personally now lol ….as a young upcoming architect and real estate investor these are inspirations for me love it 👍🏽👍🏽
