1.2 Ghanaian dollars ? Conversion to US is around $100,000. A standard apartment in the United Staes would have: central air, walk in closets, washer & dryer hook ups, dish -washer, garbage disposal, (maybe-garage, outside hose, grass in backyard, & a scenery) I’d rather have those things than an elevator. This is a non functional house for ppl: with kids &/or ppl who live in other modernized countries. Sorry, without the very basic amenities my USA apartment is more comfortable & convenient. Can u show us homes with standard amenities? Or does the power grid not allow for such basic things in these houses?
