I used to travel from Nevada to this store because it’s so amazing! Now I live in Texas so unfortunately not anymore. I’ve been to so many stores and this one is in my top 2 keep it up.
Would be nice if they had a number to call them on. They say they're too busy to answer the phone which I don't think is true cuz every time I'm in there there's hardly any people in there. And their surrendered fish they don't even take care of. They should be healthy and well taken care of in order for customers to buy them. I say this because I've boughten two fish from there before and they've all died of illnesses or diseases prior to getting from there. Suggestion is if you don't have time to take care of a sick fish then stop taking surrenders. Overall the rest of the store is well taken care of and the other fish are well taken care of. Good store to go to.
I’m there quite often and it’s always busy - from opening to closing. I also personally know that they take great care of each tank and system with a large crew and routine maintenance. From what I know behind the scenes, they do a lot more than most stores.
I used to have a wonderfully large fish/reptile store in my area for a long time. Unfortunately, it closed about a decade ago and all the LFS are junk now. One place tried gaslighting me that it was perfectly ok to keep mixed neo shrimp together because no matter what they throw all the colors anyway and that breeders keep them together anyway and got mad at me crossing his arms and getting all defensive when I pushed back on that 😂😂😂 send help!!!
