This is a nice house. Comfortable from the get go. I love ocean views but it's nice to be intertained watching golf games for free. I need my home built for 70 a square foot, rest goes into a box.

Josh just some quick golf info for you. During the tour you were saying that a client was looking for a just a green to hit onto the golf course. I think you wanted to say tee box, which is what you hit off of, since a green is what you putt on. Just an FYI since I am a great golfer. Love the video and if you throw in a golf membership I may buy the house. Be safe.
