This home is way overpriced. This home should be priced at $650K. Unfortunately, there are people who don't mind over paying for housing. There will be a lot of people when the market collapsed trying to get out of these homes because they grossly overpaid for them.

Hi My friend. Not for this size of home and location. This home also has a lot of upgrades. If you are looking at a 650k price point in this location you would need to be looking at a 55 foot lot not 75 to 80 like this one. Location, land , and sqft all play a major part in the price.
