In our latest Living In episode, we check out a wonderfully transformed Executive HDB lovingly put together by homeowners Vincent and Geraldine. Looking back at the original condition of this 1,580 sq ft home, it's quite amazing to see how much it has changed to this warm and cosy mid-century inspired home - which by the way is home to two cuties June and Luna as well!
The furnitures that you see here are separate pieces so that they would be able to move around easily for a change of styling if needed. One special feature that we like particularly like would be that pop of yellow by the door as well as the open concept kitchen with the accordion glass doors!

They make a 1580 sqft apt look huge! I love how the outdoor area flows so easily with the indoor areas. All the artwork have so much charm and personality to them!

Love the herringbone floor and without all those plants, the space looks streamlined and deliberate befitting an executive. With the plants, it adds a kitsch facet to the space giving it an oddly homey feel, as if an older person lives there.

I am soooo done with all white and brown pallete on IG and this is my type ever since. Designing space should not be all alike, it should be personal like this. Most people now adays have similar looking homes i dont which is which anymore hahahahahahaha. I love this. This is a liveable home

3:01 Best thing they did structurally was to enlarge the balcony area and punch out an opening on the perpendicular wall. Really gives them a sort of "yard" that is truly unique and inviting.

The price is okay, an old executive apartment plus a decent renovation budget for its size. Maybe if this were a condo or landed, then it could go into baller territory.

It is really beautiful.... but not functional if there is a toddler or crawling baby :D...plants and glass vases placed on stools/benches, picture frames and many fans on floor etc :D Pets have to move gently with agility around the space. Maintenance is a lot of work...because both pets shed a lot too. hehe
