Amazing that he just build this, in Amsterdam this is actually is quite known, people live on them on the kanals in the city. We call them “woonboot” translates to: livingboat
We miss you Acheampong family & I really wish that you hadn't left so soon anyways maybe you just needed to settle some things so I definitely won't give up on a return 😉
BEAUTIFUL PLACE, I LOVE QUIET PLACES THAT CONNECTS ONE WITH NATURE, you were the first one that I saw on RU-vid talking about Ghana wich led me to the other popular Ghanaian and the rest of Africa youtubers that talk about the pros and cons to keep the conversations real, stay BLESS and keep connecting as you venture into your life purpose,BLESSINGS.
This is all very nice what we saw there in this video. But more interesting to know is the sanitation concept of this project. We saw bathrooms and toilets. Where is the sewage going??? Is this another project from Been tos which pollute our environments ?? We have already the fish cages spoiling the lakes waters and create massive problems, even for the VRA Turbines. And what is the Bilharziosis protection for anyone using this pool?? Only at the Volta Delta at Ada we have save waters to swim in on the whole Volta. Any kind of floating habitat creates problems to the environment. World Wide. Pls add to this video the more important informations.
@@nobs997 Y are absolutely wrong. I am dealing with much more beautiful ideas as this one. But from the point of environment. And when we are called in we find out many times that there are no needed standards kept as the Been toes think what is standard abroad, they dont have to care about in GH. And Vanessa is not the construction expert to ask the right questions to be answered. Take such clips always with a spoon, not a pinch, of salt.
This reminds me, a very good friend of mine, Mr. Cox and his family and his dog are also living in very beautiful boat house here in washington DC, Maryland, Virginia...DMV areas. But this floating house is such a beautiful house, I will make this man build the same thing for me at the same place. Thank you so much for sharing
This is one of my dreams to live in Afrika on the water, not on land; for me the water is Divine. I lived in the Netherlands and saw houses on the water as well as houseboats in India. This one is so cool. Great Idea.
@@VanessaKanbi ["It's forgotten history on our ingenuity, remember we had great cities along great rivers; The Nile is one of them. Modern thinkers in the new age are bringing back our versatility. Sadly, they haven't mastered digital smelling yet. Would have like to smell the woodworks, yeah mon! The type of wood is a major important factor. I learn some interesting points from this one. Liked the part about the picture in the window, it truly is. Ashe O"]
It's lovely!!! And very innovative!! By the way, that man has a WONDERFUL voice. He would make a great stage actor. I like the sister's outfit. It looks very tailored. Another GREAT job Vanessa.
Thanks Vanessa for yet another inspiring upload. One feels reassured that there's potential in Ghana-Africa in the midst of the nay sayers. Very innovative and this project is going to the get this enterprising guy very busy with requests all over the place. I'll certainly love to have one at Ada.
This is a first class floating house you have there. The set up and finishing were on point. Serene and peaceful environment to stay. Great video VK. Thank you again for this
Living by the water is an absolute dream come true yet alone floating in your dream home. This is absolutely AMAZING!!! I’ve watched this more than 5 times already while planning out my dream home💖
OH MY GOD THIS IS MY DREAM!!! I’ve always wanted to live on a houseboat, but this is a completely different level of living on the water 😍😍😍 My partner and I are planning to move to Ghana and I’ve kept wondering about how we may be able to get a houseboat on the Volta and woooow this is just incredible. An absolute dream. We must do this.
This is so serene. I was born in Akosombo and spent my first few years growing up there but now lives in the UK. It’s a beautiful place with so much untouched green land. The floating house on the Volta Lake is absolutely beautiful.
Very creative brother. I like how the house blends with the lake in a minimalist but also interacts with the lake in a very functional way when it turns to please the view you desire. The place also feels peaceful and calm.
I was in Akosombo with Kweku in December 2020. And it's wonderful to see such a simple complex being finally completed on the Lake. I have a funny feeling that we're going to be neighbours one day.
OMG, THIS IS SOOOOO BEAUTIFUL 😍. IT IS SUCH A BLESSINGS TO SEE SOMEONE LIVING THEIR DREAM. I AM FROM FLORIDA AS WELL AND I HAVE LIVED IN GHANA 🇬🇭. I WILL BE BACK SOON. OMG MAY JAH CONTINUE TO BLESS U ALL. SIS THANKS SO MUCH FOR U HARD WORK AND DEDICATION U PUT IN UR VIDEO.

Let this be a model for Africa's .aquatique sites. Great imagination. Continue.
Fantastic skills, lovely structure, beautiful scenery but I'm not living there. I admire people who are water fanatics. I'm excited about the smell of the wood though I'm unable to smell it.
