Some areas of the home are quite dark, that's unfortunate. It has great space but feels like an office building as opposed to a home. Making it feel like a home will be an uphill task. The porch is quite basic and I wish there was a pool and a gazebo or something. I'd see this more as an office building

This is my option 1. For that house the price is to high bcs it miss a lot example swimming pool, outdoor entertainment area 2. Because of the small selling it makes the house looks smaller 3. The shoes area is so small even them they were worried to pass in l 4. Since it is in kenya why why was the hit system necessary?? 5. Small balcony for the bedrooms

woow. the price tag made me rush to this architecture piece. but almost disappointed coz this house feels like a commercial office building rather than a home. i wish there was a pool, an outside gazebo, and some homely touch, manicured gardens.kindly if u did a furniture set up, it would give a homely feel... keep up guys

before you buy such a property know 600million can build a 10 story plot in ruaka around 100 units and rent each unit at 50k pm by only using 200million do that in thindigua buy a half an acre in runda for 70m and ask fine urban to build a functional home fo 70m ..... here you have used all your 5 senses think my pple y'all drooling over lack of real estate knowledge

Amazing house, but it is not functional. Too pricy for Kenyan market and the only target group of people who can buy based on use case are the Asian community who, they would rather buy the plot and build. I will be curious to see it selling.
