I have seen this house with two other agents already.Looks like a semi detached in cowrie creek estate,same design somehow.Lights and speakers are not house specifications,room sizes are.Some of us can not physically view these houses,telling us the room sizes would be a vital information. Anyways,l thought Eko Atlantic is the most expensive real estate in Africa,at this price,these house are more expensive than eko Atlantic for sure.4500 sqft makes it sound like a big land, that is 418 square meters for 560 thousand dollars.Thank you confidence.

@@esthervanda7401 Cowrie creek is a newer estate and closer to Victoria island. It comes with the same infrastructure as Pinnock. Pinnock estate is a much more developed estate with the price of lands costing much more than cowrie creek. This house in Pinnock would have been more expensive.

I can not fathom the basis for the exorbitant price of this regular house. Nigerian builders need to do better with overpricing. Ain't nobody in their right senses will/ should invest $560,000 In a regular ass house in the middle of nowhere. Just because it says 'around lekki'. It's a semi-detached building with no privacy whatsoever, for crying out loud!. You gotta be shitting me with these prices. If I'm paying over half a million dollars for a home in Nigeria, I do not want to have to see my Neigbors front door right beside mine. Y'all be wilding for real. PLEASE, DO BETTER.

Building materials in Nigeria are more expensive in Nigeria than in the US... Houses are built with wood in the US, not in Nigeria...

The tour was set up in a hush-hush. Should have waited to show off the house when it is completely completed. Nothing about the power supply is mentioned. Also, the house is darn too expensive.

Real estate is a huge economic engine that (if spurred) can erase the chronic unemployment in Nigeria. In you want Nigeria to prosper, support those daring to create jobs. This house in comparable area here in Austin, Texas, would sell for over 4 times the asking price in Lekki, Nigeria.
