Found this channel yesterday and I'm so inlove with everything. Been watching every chance I get and I can't wait to see what else this channel will bring!!!
This video is great. I hope you can do luxury tours in other African countries. Also please ignore the comments telling your videos to be more like Enes. Your videos are great as they are, no need to be like him.
I hope you're ignoring all the Enes-whoever comments - if that's who people want to watch, they should go to his channel! We need different voices, different styles, different personalities, not more clones and wannabes!! The homes you tour are at least 34,5 million Rand outside my budget 🤣, but your tours are the only chance I'll ever have to see inside them, so thank you, and keep filming 💕
Hey, love the content. Keep up the good work and keep improving. Some constructive criticism; maybe consider recording the tour room by room as opposed to one take - that will allow you to remember your lines and cues better and you can restart if you mess up or whatever (it can all be edited in post to look like one take), and maybe include details about the developer/ architect, as well as the amenities of the area. Otherwise, keep up the great work man
Very lovely Sibisi and the team, I like the consistency of the two dominant colors brown and black and the artwork really enhances the sophistication that this house has, the transition from the kitchen to the tv area could no go unnoticed dude.
I love your program really see you becoming big in this but just a constructive feedback focuse more on the rooms than on the furniture unless the place comes furnished. Also maybe ask to tour the property before filming it will give you more confidence and knowing what is where. Well done though. And please avoid saying I think make people believe you know what you showing .
Thank you so much for this! I honestly appreciate you taking your time to help me out on some aspects I still need improving 🙏🏾 Will work on these for the next video. Thank you
@@LetsPropIn Clearly your videos are professional. I suggest making a list of all the adjectives you are going to use for the house, so you are well armed ahead of time.
@@Josdamale I'll give that a go thank you. The channel is still trying to find its feet and I'm still learning and improving on my presentation skills so all advice is appreciate. Keep it coming, it really does help us!
@@LetsPropIn What I mean is this. As you plan your video about what shots you are going to take and what features you're going to show, make a list of all the rooms and features of the house you're going to describe. Then write down the adjectives, adverbs, nouns and descriptions that you plan to use for each room and feature. Edit this list and work on it. For this you will need a dictionary and a thesaurus, in others words, the internet. You want to find the right words and a suitable variety of them (such as synonyms) so that you are not repeating the same adjectives or words over and over. Then do a test run using these words as you walk through the house and see if they suit the room or feature. In this way your professionalism will soar. You're attitude, by the way, is excellent. I've subscribed for more.
@@Josdamale I agree my brother my suggestion would be for @Let's Prop'In is to watch how Enes Yilmazer does his videos. He's so detailed in his description of his houses. Some of the top realtors in the US marvel at the work he does. But you are on the right path my brother. Well done.
Love your channel I subscribed but maybe also just a little advice please invest on a sound engineer and a script mfowethu but otherwise loving your content.
@Let'sPropIn well done my brother for this good work. Wonderful work you are doing. Please watch how Enes Yilmazer does his videos. He's so detailed in his description of his houses. Some of the top realtors in the US marvel at the work he does. But you are on the right path my brother. Well done.
It's on prime real estate and the target market is international buyers so they know the minute they do the rand / dollar exchange then it looks cheaper 😉
We can see where you may gather that, but we should mention that in person the scale of that dining table is a lot larger, comfortably seating 10. The open plan arrangement makes the illusion that it's smaller than it actually is.
Shoe, maybe just my critical eye. For R35M, I would like not to see: Partitioning walls with visible strips. Ugly ceilings. Ugly joins on wood panels Adjacent drawer handles not vertically aligned. Cluttered kitsch but I guess this can all be fixed...
Tumelo Setlaba would've been a perfect presenter for this show - she would not have been a distraction from the beautiful homes she present - sorry bro.
