While I can appreciate that this is a beautifully done renovation and if I like a "modern style," this would be perfect, but I would prefer a well-renovated townhouse that kept and honored the original architectural features. I do love the 5th floor library with the deck.

Nice home with some neat features, like the living wall and the library. Overall thought it was too minimalist and relied too heavily on the marble everywhere. Would have been nice if they would have kept more of the classic NY feel in places/pieces other than just the original stonework for a couple of the fireplaces.

And when they’re teenagers there is no way in hell I’m letting them just walk right out of the bedrooms to the street! Teenagers are supposed to SNEAK out 😂 Anyway, just wish the bedroom floors were together if it’s supposed to be a family space.
