AP asked the right question about the bathroom location. For me, it was a bit “cold” in terms of location imo, however I guess moving the bed further away from the en-suite would make for better feel to the rooms. It’s a very good property for living/rental as it encompasses that retirement/air bnb vibe. Worth pursuing 👍🏾. You guys are truly blossoming since you moved to The Gambia. I’m so happy that as young couple, you’ve taken this step. More power to you both. ❤️

Even for 1% it is too expensive. How many Gambians would be able to rent or purchase this property? It seems the prices are geared towards Americans which is why it is priced using USD and not Gambian dalasi. There is no mistaking the property is beautiful but overpriced.

There will be privacy as the bathrooms are only for those using the rooms. Simply put you would have your own bathroom and your guest his/her own bathroom.
