One of most funky and light hearted interviews I watched. 😅 And loved the shooting by whoever shot it. The subtle shaky camera sways made it look like the interview is happening just infront of your eyes. Kudos to the team for making this one.

If you watch a few seconds ahead, from 0:58 well until 1:10, the painting of Tirupati Balaji has not only been clearly shown but also mentioned as "eclectic art on the walls". An arbitrary declaration of 'hatred against the majority community' seems like a bit of an extreme statement for a mere camera malfunction, don't you think? :)
A person like Shashi Tharoor with his attitude is best fit for running a nation like Norway, Finland Denmark, Sweden and may be Japan, South Korea as well. But for a huge nation like India where atleast 80% of the politicians are criminals, it will be almost impossible for him to get that job. If India can reach the standards of the Nordic nations which is highly unlikely, may be we can see someone like him running India.
Dr Tharoor is such a simple person. If he has time to talk he will go on talking. Write to him, he will respond the moment he can. What a wonderful person he is!

His sister fueled him and his own brother helped Rama . We always see raavan as villain and ram as hero just because ram is god . We always see ramayana as ram's perspective but never as raavana perspective , raavan even wrote his own ramayana telling his perspective , but we never found it . Read raavana ideology and u will get it everything raavan said is bitter truth of so called heavenly earth . After very deep analysis , i can say " If ravan was demon , than ram was also not a hero "

Education and commonsense are different things. I am more fascinated about his commonsense ( When he mentioned about the pendant, his beliefs and importance he gives to friends and people. I don't think that in my 7 next births can I strike this balance). His rage, guts, awareness, angst all combined in one liner "even god doesn't trust Brits in the dark"). Also, I was amazed by the conversation between him and Sudha Murthy. He is a great listener too, speaks right for the occasion, all evident in that one good conversation. He was genuinely curious about Sudha's literary works and thought provoking questions. A stupid question will only buy stupider answer (In most cases). But, only good questions can make the whole world thinking. He is the eighth wonder and a national treasure. We must protect him at any cost.
