Part 1: Clinic staff face anti-abortion protestors every day. Both groups feel God is on their side. Part 2: Clinic owner and anti-abortion advocates have different views in counseling pregnant women.
Don't like abortions? DONT GET ONE! or even help lower abortion numbers by protesting about birth control prices, or encouraging sexual/contraception education in schools!!!
Abortions are medical procedures that only a qualified doctor can preform legally. Guns are different from abortions and you have to see that, even if you believe that abortion is murder. By this logic, if you are pro-life, you should be anti gun.
Guns are also specifically designed to destroy human lives. You just happen to find having a gun necessary in protecting your right to decide what happens to your body. That's how women who get abortions feel.
i feel really bad for the young teenagers who have been raped and then shunned for getting an abortion even though their bodies may not be able to handle a pregnancy
@@jamespagous3954 tell me that we aren't tht form at some point? So what makes you call it "piece of flesh" when literally every human beings started from that. What makes it right to dispose it? Exactly like as a female it's our decision what we do with our bodies and yes these people how say abortion is wrong well also raping a minor amd getting them pregnant is. And as a young woman they should have the right to decide how to handle the pregnancy because she was raped so she may not have a choice but to ressort to that option these women need mental support not Shame 🚺
@@gumieball8535 its not that is deserves it its the fact that a raped teenage girl can't be able to raise it . yes it is a dark option but honestly we would not want these teen moms to commit suicide because they think it's their fault when it's not. I don't think either Is right. But if you abort the child, the child is a 100% dead. I think that every being deserves a chance at life and happiness "in life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" as the constitution says. No person should have the right to kill another living person out of convenience.

eve m Govt incentivize Men running away and Women turning Men away . Its called Feminism. Good Job. Oh I thought you wanted to be equal??? Do I got a right in the process??? No so why are you crying??? You did that. Good Job Feminism. Keep turning Men away. Try keeping One.
@@PandaAmanda314 Men aren't entitled to have an opinion regarding a female's body but they sure are entitled to have a say in an independent human being that is as much their blood as it is the mothers. Also, the future of mankind, morality of humanity and the faith of western civilisation are also points in which both man and women should have a say. This is the kind of bs that toxic third wave feminism indoctrinates women with today, that you are strong and that it is a decision that you need to make on your own. In turn, that only leads to the destruction of families and has negative consequences on man and women alike.
Michaela Leach Both are important. It was the woman's choice to have sex (unless in the case of rape) and knew the consequences. The choice should happen before a person is conceived. I don't think it's right to ban all abortions though, then you aren't letting a person choose, no matter what the circumstance.
A cluster of cells is only important if the woman with the cluster of cells wants it there to begin with. It doesn't matter how it was conceived, whether it be through a consensual act or otherwise. If the mother whose life will be greatly impacted does not wish to be pregnant HER life takes precedence over something barely recognizable as a human life. When you ban abortion under any circumstance you leave a grey area that can harm the life of an already living woman. When people fear that they may harm the "life" of a fetus the woman's life it put on a back burner no matter the cost to her. Of course I agree that any wanted pregnancy is important and should be delicately cared for at any cost. However, if a woman does not wish to be pregnant for whatever reason, no matter how selfish she shouldn't be obligated to keep it. It should be left up to the woman carrying the fetus and no one else.
Sex being consenting adults shouldn't have 'consequences', it is not an immoral or 'bad' thing to do. Sex shouldn't be punished with unwanted pregnancies.
For the first 10 weeks, so 2 and a half months, the cluster of cells is still considered an embryo and it still has a tail well into the 12 week mark. That's three months of not looking anything like a child and its barely bigger than your thumb nail. If the fetus/embryo is planned and/or wanted than by all means call it what you want to help yourself bond and prepare for a possible arrival of a new child. But to some it is nothing more than a poppy seed sized embryo with a tail... just because it could become a full fledged baby able to sustain life on its own doesn't mean you should ignore the scientific facts of its early development. A whopping 92 percent of abortions are performed before the 13 week mark where at MOST a fetus weighs an barely an ounce. I'm not saying that we should all go around having abortions willy nilly, it is something to REALLY consider and weigh your options in regards to your individual life situation. It can change your life. However scientifically speaking an abortion done during the legal time frame is NOT killing a baby. It's removing a fetus or embryo from a woman's uterus that could later become a baby, but in its current state is definitely not a baby.
“There are babies being killed inside this pink building.” And there are ALIVE AND BORN babies killed everyday due to war and starvation. Some ppl need to get into their thick heads that not everyone follows their religion. Do NOT use religion as a justification for things like this when trying to convince ppl that do not follow your faith. EDIT: y’all think I’m saying this about religion. Not what I’m saying lol, I’m saying that religion shouldn’t be used to justify smth to ppl that don’t follow your faith.
It has nothing to do with religion, and everything to do with morals. Sure, religion provides morals, but I think an atheist can comprehend just as well that murdering an unborn child is wrong.
asrgaqgq sdfgsdgsdfgsdg so if you kill someone you shouldn’t go to jail because they’re dead and they aren’t a human anymore? That sounds pretty sketchy
Dingdring *sniffs* ppl argue that as soon as there is a heartbeat the baby is alive. InCoRrEcT lol. Death from a medical standpoint is defined when there is no neurological activity whatsoever. I mean think about CPR. That was invented so that the blood can keep pumping when the heart stops. Also, I mentioned this earlier, there is no brain body connection in the baby until the third trimester. A human cannot live with out brain body connection. So aborting before the third trimester is not murdering because the baby isn’t alive yet. After the third trimester I do think it’s unethical to abort because you’ve had lots of time to make your decision and the baby is almost fully formed.
Nobody is making the argument that it affects them personally but that doesn't mean they cant be agains it. If you're going to use that logic you could say that white people should support racism because it does not affect them personally. It's the same reasoning. I am pro choice btw
A friend of mine who is now deceased, (he committed suicide) was a product of rape. His mother was raped as she was getting into her car at night leaving a store. The guy held a knife to her throat, beat her, raped her and ran off with her purse. He was never caught. This was in 1976. Anyway, her parents did not believe in abortion and forced her to have the child and would not let her give him up either (she was about 20 at the time). She hated my friend, she abused him psychologically and physically. It was terrible. She took all the emotions she had from the rape out on him. As for the suicide, he was always a depressed person but I never thought he would really go through with it. All I am saying is, I would never carry a baby if I was raped, no way.
fe9073 I'm sorry for your loss. If I was in the mother's shoes, I don't know what I would've done. Abortion shouldn't be the first choice, but maybe I would've considered adoption, that is if my parents would allow me to. It sounds like your friend suffered his entire life and if he grew up in a loving home I'm sure his life would've been much different.
Mezmuree the thing is the woman still had to carry him for 9 months even if she chose for adoption, you know. constantly being reminded of the incident whenever she looked at herself. That on its own must have been heart and soul breaking for her. I feel very sorry for the boy and the mother. Just awful. This is why i'm for pro choice.

Why murder the child instead of giving them a chance? Even if they are abused in the foster care system, you don't have the right to take another living person's right to life.
I’d rather see a kid in the foster system and protected by law than be mercilessly crushed and suctioned through a vacuum and then dissolved in chemicals
@asrgaqgq sdfgsdgsdfgsdg a fetus has human genetics in it. What do you think it is, a moose? No, the truth is that the fetus moves and kicks in it's mother's womb. It reacts to words being said. It has a heartbeat.
@asrgaqgq sdfgsdgsdfgsdg so if it doesn't feel pain it deserves to die?🤔🤔 Wow "a fetus won't feel the pain of dying so let's just kill it" lost faith in humanity 😂 seriously just because it's still early form of embryo doesn't mean it's Not a living thing😂 you started from that form too at some point. @LIVING as MYAANN - No, I learned from personal experience after I got saved. God forgives those who repent and asks Him to be their Lord and Savior. I don't know about these folks, but if my daughter made that very hard decision I would much rather there be a safe place for her to go and get it done, than say, a dark alley and a rusty coat hanger. Abortion should be legal in all 50 states, the prices should be more reasonable, and if the woman is farther along than 4 months it should not be allowed.
I partially agree. It should be a state by state issue and definitely not subsidized by the government unless it's a medical emergency or rape (which make up a very very small percentage of all abortions). If poor people can't afford it, they shouldn't be fucking in the first place.

Abortion is the greatest evil that has ever existed. The slaughter of the HELPLESS innocent unborn. Just in the United States, since 1970, that is over 50 Million people who have been put to death. and the people who encourage these womens to murder their own babies and who try cover up this all-too-common evil with empty rhetoric about "women's healthcare" or "the right to choose" are sickening. I can only suggest that maybe it doesn't move them, because they don't have a time machine to see the face of these killed humans, as toddlers or adults. They don't get to see the details of the lives of those that were put to death before leaving the womb... whether someone who would have found the cure to cancer, or the child will overcome their poverty or struggle through perseverance, was instead ripped out of their mothers' womb to become a number on an abortion graph. God has a plan, purpose and destiny for everyone. Abortion is murder, and murder is always wrong. The Bible condemns murder in all of its forms and specifically points out that babies in the womb are people (they don’t magically transform into human beings after they pass through the birth canal or incision [in the case of C seciton]). The Bible considers a fetus to be an unborn child, a planned human being that God is forming from the moment of conception. We know it is life because it grows and develops. The Bible also teaches that the person who intentionally takes a life will be held accountable before God. You shall not kill, because you are not the judge of who lives and dies. You are saying you know the future and know who should live and die by aborting the baby. You can't make that choice. Bible says it's God’s choice, not yours. Therefore, children in the womb should be respected and protected. The Bible has much to say about defending the cause of the weak, especially those who have no voice. "Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of all who are destitute" (Proverbs 31:8; see also Psalm 82:3). We bear the responsibility to speak for those who cannot speak for themselves, including children in the womb. It is our responsibility as Christians to make choices that align with God - principles that align with our Christian values. We have to intentionally create an environment that inspires our children toward kindness and love, and toward valuing the sanctity of life. Our purpose is to shield the weak from abuse by the strong, and there is no one “weaker or more voiceless” than unborn children. Loving one’s neighbour means protecting the rights of the most vulnerable. My prayer is that you will not end the life of the little child who is growing within you. You should not have an abortion because you and your baby deserve better than that. Seek God’s answers instead. Lord Jesus, we ask You to bless and protect the children who today are in their mothers’ womb. Save them from the danger of abortion. Give their mothers the grace to sacrifice themselves, in body and soul, for their children. Father, extend Your hand of protection to those threatened by abortion, and save them from its destructive power. Give Your strength to all fathers and mothers, that they may never give in to the fears that may tempt them to facilitate abortions. Bless our families, that we may have the joy of welcoming and nurturing the life of which You are the source and the Eternal Father. Amen. Matthew 19:14 “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”

Less than 2% of all pregnancies are due to rape or incest!!! That means 98% of all abortions are performed to just "help" women who f***ed up with a guy and then realized once they're pregnant, that "Oh no..I can't have a child because I don't have the resources, time, or energy to do so." Women should seriously think about abstinence if they can't raise a child. Oh yeah, and even though abortion is legal since 1973 (Roe v. Wade) that does NOT mean that Abortion is Moral. Morality does not equal Legality. Life begins at conception where the sperm fertilizes the egg. Those who say a fetus isn't a human being and that it's just a clump of cells are foolish. The etymology (word origin) of fetus = "small child" SURPRISE SURPRISE And by the way, human beings today are a clump of cells and are constantly developing. Chain of events for the people who want the clinic shut down. "Killing a child is wrong. I vote to shut down every abortion clinic in the state." "Well it's her fault that she's on food stamps. She had a poor family to begin with. If she couldn't keep up with her current bills and kids, she shouldn't have had another child." "Providing help to those mothers is too expensive for the state. Don't lower diaper and other child care costs, it's just stupid. It's their responsibility to care for their kid." Then it repeats.
Nikki Adoption is expensive and complicated. Most kids aren’t adopted and after a certain age, there’s a very small chance they will be adopted. Most people aren’t adopting middle and high schoolers whose parents couldn’t take care of them anymore.
"To protect every baby. To protect every mom." What about the countless amount of babies & children in foster care or orphanages? What if the mom was raped? What if having the baby poses serious health problems to the mom? What if the baby is going to be born into a shitty environment & the mom can't properly support it? These people just care about the baby being born period, not about if the baby is going to be born into a loving, healthy & stable environment. Don't agree with abortion? Then don't have one. Don't criticize, intimidate or shame others for having one because it's their body & their choice.
I'm definitely an advocate for a woman's right to choose.. But when some people view abortion as manslaughter of another human, the argument of "don't like murder, don't do it" doesn't hold. They see the unborn child as a human that can't be "owned" by the mother. They see rape as a crime against both innocent mother and innocent unborn child.
Jenny Reed so what your saying is.... any person who will have challenges in life should be murdered? Ok. So let's go murder every child who doesn't have the "perfect life" and every kid with a disability........ abortion is murder. Quit kidding yourself.
+Aleina Brown that's so overused. A child born blind or with some disability would be loved, and cared for, if the parent/s think they can handle it. A mother with an unwanted child will put the child up for adoption and all of their life the kid will know they are unwanted. Would you really cast that upon a child? and what if the mother was raped? would you really want to give birth to the baby of your rapist?
No, I was saying that if the pregnancy is going to cause health issues to the mother or if the child is going to be born into a bad environment (ex. an abusive home, a drug addicted home, neglectful parents) then those are very valid reasons for a woman wanting to have an abortion. Of course nobody has a perfect life but it would be awful for a child to be born into one of the situations I just listed and knowing that they're not going to be well cared for & supported. And like Annika said, a child born with some sort of disability would be loved & cared for.
I'm with these two. Abortion is the complete and sole right of the mother. And pro-choice isn't pro-abortion is pro...wait for it...CHOICE. It is pro allowing women to take control of their bodies. Also, women who have given birth aren't specifically pro-life. Pro-life just means that you would rather have a woman give birth no matter what. Pro-choice allows the mother to weigh each option and decide what is best for her, the fetus, and the situation. And the fetus isn't a baby. It's a fetus and it will rely solely on the mother for life. It's the moms choice.
@@IluvAmerica murder is murder. No matter how you cut it. If you saw a black person get called racial slurs, you'd probably be very upset. I'm just as upset to find that millions of beautiful babies are killed per day.
Dingdring what does a black person getting called racial slurs have anything to do with this topic??LOL I’m somewhat pro life but I don’t think we should dictate what someone does with their body. You only care about a baby while is in the womb... you don’t care about the homeless or orphans...
Dingdring what if the woman was raped and abused. Then she would have the baby to remember all the pain and abuse she went through. If someone gets an abortion it is her decision, no one else’s
Emily S Anyone who cares about humanity in general is pro-life. Anyone who supports the so-called women’s right is going against science and making their own beliefs (contradictory to how most people would think). The fact is, all human life from the moment of conception is alive and human- scientists know that without any argument. Allowing abortion is saying that unborn babies are “less than human.” This is not what science says; this is the argument that people are making. Since a fetus can’t fully be aware of its surroundings, they say that it is not as much of a person- therefore it doesn’t qualify to be protected. The problem with this is that now there is a part of human life that is “inferior.” Aren’t we all supposed to be created equal? According to how people have defined being a “person”, highly disabled and elderly people would be allowed to be killed too. Back in history, people from the Roman Empire killed babies at birth if they were unwanted. This was all because some human life was “superior” to others, they decided. We’ve worked so hard to come out of that mindset- why are we going back? Abortion is something harmful disguised as a woman’s right. It also really doesn’t have anything to do with womens’ rights. “My body, my choice,” should apply to the choice to take a risk having sex in the first place. Killing is not a right. When a pregnant woman is killed, it is ruled as a double homicide. The law has actually recognized a fetus as human life. Why are we letting the lie of some humanity being greater than others attack us again? Come on!!
There is a difference between "pro-life" and pro-birth. So you want a child to be born? But are you going to help the mother when the baby is crying at 4 am? Are you going to stay home when the baby is sick so the mother can go to work? Are you going to help pay for the cost of daycare so the mother can go work and hopefully create a better life for her child? In many cases people will fight for the right of a fetus to be born and stop fighting when it comes. Sometimes the same people fighting for "life" are fighting against things like food stamps and government assisted housing which is are huge essentials in life. If you don't want to have an abortion, CONGRATS! Don't have an abortion. If you want to have an abortion, CONGRATS! Have an abortion. It's no rocket science people.
myintx true, but still, bthe birth could kill/injur the baby or mom. Its not worth the risk. Also, not all babys are adopted. If they are never adopted they could have a bad life
Why do they have sex then ? Most women who get abortions aren't raped or anything they just aren't responsible enough to use contraceptives...why hoe around if you can't handle the consequences?
Brianna Vizcaino financial stuff, diseases, suicide, depression, unhealthy, suffering, stress, time. Everything plays a role in life. Unhealthy living conditions etc.
Pregnancy and birth in themselves are extremely dangerous. I almost died delivering my son. I was in the hospital for 12 days, he was in the hospital for 22. That’s 300,000+ dollars worth of medical care in the US pre insurance (which some people don’t have). I’ll be damned if any woman who does not want to be pregnant is force to risk her life to be glorified life support for a fetus that has never had any level of consciousness and therefore can not have any feelings on not existing. If you want to prevent abortions and save living, breathing children: •sex education needs to be priority in pregnancy and STD prevention and consent •the maternal fatality rate needs to be lowered to match the rest of the 1st world countries (the US is the highest of first world countries in maternal deaths) •rape victims need to be taken seriously and offenders need to be held to the full extent of law and face much harsher punishments •healthcare needs to be improved tremendously- if not made universal/free •the foster care system and adoption process needs to be improved •CPS needs to protect children, especially those in homes of repeat offenders
How could you, as a mother, ever justify the murder of other babies? Any good mother would gladly give her life for her child. Those murdered children would have loved their mothers, unconditionally and forever. But that same mother that they would have loved stole their lives from them.
@@hannahpeters8646 because forced pregnancy is a proper punishment for sex? Also should married couples just never have sex then because many women going to get an abortion are MARRIED and already have children, but sometimes accidents happened.
First of all, your story is pretty rare. And second NO a fetus CAN feel pain. I have learned embryology and I'm telling you in the name of science: Abortion is murder. And I happen to agree with you on your points. 1) Yes, I do agree. 2) Yes, but it is not easy. The maternal mortality rate has been going up since 1990, this could be blamed at factors like: Doctors not listening to their patients, the rise of unneeded c-sections, and the rise of obesity (so don't go around saying "Healthy in every size") and I do agree with you. 3) Of course, they do! With parents or not, they are part of the future, so they need to be focused on and be inspired. Leonardo Davinci was unwanted so as thousands of people who helped shape the world. 4) Yes.
Hannah Peters what about woman who were raped? it happens to more woman than you think. we need to put living woman above a fetus without a gender or hands.
No, one kills a child. Also, please tell me you see a difference between a fetus feeding off of someone's body and using their body to survive and a toddler who is bodily autonomous.
bcnkng "It doesn’t matter if the baby relies on the mother to live, people who have pacemakers rely on them, should they be killed too?" Pacemakers are objects. The coma thing could be counted, too, since they usually are kept alive with machines.
And yet none of these people will go adopt children that need homes? Why let children be born if they're just going to live in the system? Do they really think it's better for a child to be born then go straight to a foster home, and more than likely never get adopted? I realize not all situations are the same, but there are SO many kids that need to be adopted! Let people make their own decisions.
Valerie Reed I see it all the time! We have a HUGE number of kids in Oregon that need to be adopted not just fostered. If one county is full they'll ship the kids off to another county that isn't and split up siblings sometimes. Yet I bet none of the people outside the clinic protesting are willing to adopt any children that need it.
Well that was a little uncalled for. I volunteer to help foster children since I am unable to foster any. I've also been through the system myself. You're rude. Have you "saved" any children?
nicole elizabeth I agree with you. I don't believe anyone ever looks forward to having one or really wants to have it done. I just think it's a personal choice, and should remain that way. lmfao! "Having sex with your cousin" hahahaha. OMG I'm in tears thank you for the laugh Nicole Elizabeth!
because plenty of people have done great things have come from horrible places much worse than the US fosters system and saying they don't deserve to live because they might have a harder life is crazy why not kill blind people because they will never be able to see the world or people who will have to live in a wheelchair what would the world be if anyone who wasn't born into a perfect situation was aborted
The part where the guy says "There's no reason for a baby to die." Or something like that really bugs me. What if the mother would die if she didn't terminate the pregnancy? Would they rather they both die?
I’m pro-life and that’s different. We’re talking about the completely unnecessary abortions. And before you come at me I don’t support shouting in people’s faces, like it’s going to change their mind. We need to advertise and show options for women that don’t involve ending an innocent life.
@@user-lj4zw1rv9i nah i totally get where you're coming from with that, I'm not gonna come at you lol. But yeah i get your point lol.
Selam: I love you Jesus Christ, it isn't okay to kill a beautiful human being. It's a good thing that no fetus of any gestation is a human being, nor is beautiful.
If people who volunteered at animal shelters spent that time helping born children the world would be a better place... perhaps we should kill all animals in shelters so people that volunteered there have more time to help children.?
@@amymenjivar8960 The way I interpreted Diana's statement is that she thinks the world would be a better place if pro-lifers focused more on born children to make their lives better.... couldn't the same be said for animal shelter volunteers? i.e. wouldn't the world be a better place if those volunteers focused their efforts to help children in need instead of dogs and cats?
My mom has been using birth control for 18 years and not once had a pregnancy scare. All it takes is responsibility. Can't handle the responsibility? Then you should t be having sex. I have ZEROOOO compassion for women who kill their children.
As someone who leans conservative, the bad fashion is the default. It comes in the mail after you register to vote Republican. Very few can overcome it.
M - Hayek So if a teen gets raped and cannot support a child she has no choice but to put it in an abusive adoption center or not care for it properly and you're ok with that?
i don’t understand why people take time out of their day to oppose someone else’s decision. you can judge them for it but you can’t stop them. if you’re pro-choice, get an abortion. if you’re pro-life, keep your baby. that simple. YOU DONT HAVE THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHOICES FOR GROWN ADULTS.
I'm always blown away by the thousands of people fighting day and night for the rights of an embryo, but remain absolutely indifferent toward the thousands of children living in the foster care system. 40% of America wants to force women to give birth to unwanted children, but only 1% of America is willing to open their home to an unwanted child. How very telling of the pro-life movement.
You do realize that unwanted pregnancies happen to older women and married couples too, right? No birth control is 100% and no child should ever be born, unwanted. We have enough kids in the system as it is. I truly do not understand this obsession with embryo's, while ignoring the thousands of kids just dying for a family and home. Pro-lifers priorities are all fucked up.
tanya swedlundlund so how many foster kids have you taken in? I’ve had 4 so far. Unless you’re actually doing something to help unwanted kids, you can keep your opinion to yourself. (Or you can go ahead and be a hypocrite like most prolifers and only care about embryos and not kids).
Why are these anti abortionists never concerned about whats going to happen when these unwanted babies are actually born. Why aren't they the ones offering to adopt these children.
Exactly! I don't like the idea of abortion, it's sad, especially if they're fully formed and just small. But there's SO many circumstances where it's needed! Disability, rape, financially. It's their choice! I don't have to do it if I don't want to! So they're against death to babies but they're killing the women supporting it?? What 😂
Abortion is never needed. If the reason is financial a woman could ask for help from friends and family, work with an adoption agency to help place the baby in a loving home at birth or work with a pregnancy resource center to find another solution (e.g. less expensive housing, signing up for benefits the woman may not have known she was eligible for etc). If the woman's life is truly endangered doctors can deliver the baby in an attempt to save his or her life.
myintx what if the woman has no family or friends she could ask for financial help, do you know how expensive it is to raise a child? You don't care if the child has to be living on the street begging for food, once the child is born everything is ok right. Do you know how many children are currently in need of fostering? Are you aware of the psychological effects that most of these children are left when they're not adopted and they are left to grow up without a mother and father? What about the psychological effect on the mother, especially in cases where the child was conceived through rape. You do know that women's lives can be endangered during the pregnancy right, not just when shes about to give birth. and what about if the fetus is going to be born with a life threatening disease or disability? You want the mother to bring a sick life into this world and have it suffer? and what if she can't financially afford any healthcare for her kid? The point is a fetus is an insentient unconscious being. It should not be held in the same regards as an actual baby. I hope with your outlook on abortion you're going to be the first in line at the adoption agency.
If a woman with a newborn loses her job, has no family to help and cannot afford to raise the baby, can she kill the baby because he might be scarred in foster care? NO! Most newborns put up for adoption DO get adopted. There are long waiting lists of people wanting to adopt newborn babies. The small possibility of an unwanted newborn growing up in foster care doesnt justify killing a newborn or unborn child. The point is that a child - born or unborn - is a human being and should not be killed just because they are unwanted or have a birth defect.
myintx " can she kill the baby" She is not killing the baby, she is killing the fetus. The unconscious insentient fetus. The small possibility of an unwanted newborn growing up in foster care doesn't justify killing a newborn or unborn child. ....a small possibility? Show me what proof you have thats its a small possibility. Again I hope with this outlook you have you're willing to adopt these unwanted kids and even assist in paying for their medical bills.People like you need to realize abortions do happen whether its legal or not, making abortion legal will just make it a safer practice.
“Protect every baby, protect every mom” Which actually means “we’re going to force you to give birth, but complain and pretend you don’t exist when you try to seek support when you are unable to afford to take care of the child. We’ll save the embryo but let the child suffer in the system and starve on the streets.” Great job people great job.
Michael, Don't know if you missed sex ed in school, but pregnancy takes two people my dude. And you really think being pregnant for 9 months and then giving birth is a "simple responsibility"? Sorry but gtfo with that bs
The babies have a right to be born carenet adoption pregnancy decision line pro. Life. Women need to consider the babies. It's a baby a child human being women share body with. It's murder of a life if women can't afford to have a child adoption social worker, Lutheran social services can help . Give the babies to a foster care. People need to stop being selfish. Speak up for unborn children promote adoption pregnancy decision line. It's a child not a choice, letters to congress churches government officials. A baby is a gift and miracles from god, Jesus makes babies help abused women . Pray spiritual adoption app . It's a baby being torn apart. It is a life
I am completely pro-choice. As someone who is having an abortion this week, I do not feel torn at all about the choice I am making. The pregnancy was not intended and I feel that I am making the selfless choice for this fetus in that I am not in a position or a place in life to raise the child the best that I could. When I decide to have children one day I want them to have the best childhood possible. I don't believe it is either necessary or ethical to bring unwanted children into the world when our orphanages and foster homes are already overcrowded with children that parents did not want. What child would want to grow up knowing that they are a mistake and that their mother did not want them? People who say that they are pro-life are only thinking about the life of the zygote, NOT the already existing life of the mother and what continuing an unwanted pregnancy is going to do to her mental and emotional wellbeing. If people really want to claim that they are pro-life, then they would put the wellbeing of the woman ahead of the unborn fetus who is not able to support its own life until it is outside of the woman's body. It's the woman's body and therefore the woman's choice what she does with her pregnancy.
Absolutely. I don't regret my choice at all. A lot of people told me that I would regret the abortion but it was the best choice I could've made in that situation. When the time is right I will have my own kids, but that time isn't for quite a while.
If I'm holding a baby in one hand, and a Petrie dish in the other and I'm about to drop them both over a cliff, which one do you grab? The baby obviously. So what does that tell you? Abortion is not the same as murdering a baby. The termination of a pregnancy and the murder or a baby have always and will always be different.
Sven Henegar I was using the Petrie dish as a metaphor for the egg (Can't hold a fertilized egg in your hand). Still, a fertilized egg and a child are not the same. You're right, no child should ever be murdered. But some pregnancies should be terminated.
Vault Tec I'd save the one that was most likely to make it. and since the fertilized egg often times gets rejected by a woman's body, I'd go with the fully developed baby. next question.
Are they going to pay for all the babies being born? Are they going to pay for the pregnancy? Are they going to help with anything?? The answer is as soon as the baby is born they wash there hands clean of any responsibility!!!!
I don't think you understand how big of a problem foster care is... It's easy to say just put the kids in foster care bit there are already to many kids in foster care and it's gonna get worse year after year.
@@gymdog2170 That is not what I said at all. I said it is not ok to use hate, fear, or misinformation as a tool. In fact, I never even mentioned abortion
It’s not their body are you seriously telling me that because an unborn baby is inside a mother she should have the right to brutally murder it do some research
We all know why... I have been told by an anti-choicer that abortion is evil because poor babies, while in the same comment he was pretty adamant about the fact that babies after birth deserve to die of prevenable illnesses like pneumonia because health care is a privilege and that would be 'natural selection' somehow...
Enyssa Lyn yeah thats why i explain to people that it is the one with the child inside of the persons choice not people around them or the government and you dont have to agree with abortions to be Pro-choice but it is that you respect the CHOICE of the person
Enyssa Lyn I do not think if Roe had not been passed that 54 million babies would have murdered. I cannot and will not live with the fact that babies are killed because of money and for money. If you have an inclination read the reality behind Roe, it is truly disgusting.
Imagine being a teen girl who was raped and having to walk into that building with 50 protesters shoving posters in your face and singing Jesus music. Shame on those people.
Less than one percent of abortions are rape and incest. Even less are minors. According to my source(different websites differ slightly) over 50% of abortions are women who already have children and don’t want to deal with the inconvenience. I do agree with you though. They shouldn’t be making a ruckus. They should give people peace. Even though I agree with you on this it doesn’t mean I support abortion. Anyway, have a nice day. ☺️
My Mother Was Raped By her relative and they guy wanted to force my mother to Abort and Here I am My Brother and I. my mothers words were I HAVE TO CARRY MY CROSS THE WAY GOD IS GIVNG IT TO ME. So if those so call “Raped girls” you say which is 1% of woman who are raped should CARRY THEIR CROSS. For a reason God is giving a child to those woman
A fetus isn't the same thing as a baby... A fetus doesn't eat and you don't feel the same to a bunch of cells as a living breathing human. Jesus will accept the baby back. Since when do people have a right to decide what I do to my body
Yes, a fetus is a baby..from the time of conception, that is a living being..and a fetus does eat.."you" may not feel the same way to what you call, "a bunch of cells"..
but Jesus does!..and your right, Jesus will accept those unwanted, unloved and discarded babies..one can only imagine where they all are now..their probably having the time of their lives..their not just a bunch of unwanted cells to Jesus..and when you stand before God one day and have to give an account for what you've done, you'll have to answer for the innocent blood on your hands!
That is so inappropriate and uncalled for. Chasing women down after they had to make that decision? Some of these girls are still in high school... everyone’s talking about how horrible bullying has become and putting yourself out there having to walk into school pregnant would be one of the most difficult things a girl would have to do and I’ve seen first hand, people do not care about others feelings and will say whatever they want. Pro choice all the way.
Mea Mallette it makes me so upset .. my best friend went through that, it was such a sad moment but it was her decision! And these people chased her down, making her feel so low and depressed. I cursed them out smh
Bel Mum because women are being harassed for having to make this decision which is usually a very hard one for them to make and people are screaming horrific insults at them.
Everyone has their own opinions, but while a mother is thinking of the life that’s about to grow inside them, choosing to keep the baby is choosing to take care of them the next 19 years of both lives. If the mother can’t/is unwilling to support both lives, it might be better to get abortion. About 12 years ago, I had to comfort my 16 year old friend who was trying to commit suicide because she got pregnant from being raped by her brother’s friend while walking home from school. Not all pregnancies are wanted and most rapists don’t even bother using protection. She knew she couldn’t support a child when she was already using her part time work income to support her siblings and there was no way she was going to be forced to marry a criminal who raped her
Laura E but you see, it's not a life or death decision over half of the time. people just aren't ready to take care of a child. while I don't exactly have an opinion on the subject, I see where they're coming from.
StrayCatCafe, that's what we're saying. If women have these diseases then they will have early abortions (nothing past 3 months). But it's a very slim chance to actually have health risks in terms of birth.
I unfortunatly am one of the percentages of the mother that got sick while pregnant. My first child, i became pro life (big mistake). I educated myself and became very pro choice. What has made me continue to be pro choice. I had a non viable pregnancy, the fetus was a mess, was not forming right. She died in my stomach at 16 weeks, because of these laws these pro lifers force onto women like me I had to carry my dead child in my stomach for a week before she naturally expelled at 17 weeks. How is that a good thing, for a mother to be forced to carry her dead child that was making her sick right? I had my 4 yo at the time to worry about and who needed her mother, and the dead fetus inside me was making me severely sick. It was extremely traumatic for me, and even more so having to see her body when she expelled. I feel it would have been much less traumatic if i had an abortion. I have the right to an abortion of a non viable pregnancy that made me fall ill. I have a right to not be traumitized by being forced to carry my dead child inside me, making me sick then the trauma of seeing her lifeless body expell and me loosing so much blood I could have died. How the hell is that fair to my living daughter? I am not an activist because I don't need the stress of everyones bull, but damn it i am proud to say i am 100% pro choice especially with what i had to deal with because of these evangelical right wing pro lifers who care nothing about what I and countless other women have had to go through. That is my story. To the pro lifers, How can you be okay with this? My living daughter almost lost her mother because of these laws you force onto us. Keep your religion out of our clinics! You have done enough damage.
JRodge12 Link to your source please. Also you may die but from the physical birth but not being able to afford a baby, being in an abusive situation, or drug addiction.
Twinwawa I totally agree with you, their life has just as much value as mine, but I don’t know the circumstances behind that pregnancy so as I said, it’s not my body it’s not my choice
Sariah Miller That’s a very nice mindset and I wish more people had it ,no one should have control over people’s bodies. But that isn’t the issue, the main reason why people are against abortion is because it isn’t morally right. Yes there are circumstances which is why abortions must exist, but we shouldn’t give people the ability to kill their child just because they were too lazy to put a condom on. I believe in some circumstances, abortions are acceptable, but 9.5/10 is due to them not wanting to take care of a child and it doesn’t justify taking a life.
@@serjoerickii3262 Do you honestly think people don't use contraception because they can get an abortion? The same logic would also be 'we shouldn't offer dental care just because people are too lazy to brush their teeth' (most abortions are done because contraception failed) Abortion is a human right. Yes, our focus should be on making it as unneeded as possible (that is what pro-choicers are doing and anti-choicers work against) but never make it unaccessible for people who need it.
Closing abortion clinics will not stop abortions taking place. Look at ireland for example, before abortion was legalized women were traveling to different countries for an abortion (resulting in at least one death) and they were purchasing illegal abortion pills online which are very unsafe. I would much rather women having a safe and legal abortion then an unsafe one putting themselves at risk

All these people that are "pro-life", how are you gonna help these children when they are born into a home that neglects, abuses them, abandons them, so forth. You keep protesting to save all these children but yet when they are born you forget about them and do nothing to help yhem
james sawyer not every women wants to go through the grueling 9 months to carry this child though...if the money was this simple to get im pretty sure more women would be doing it
so basically you are saying that the women that are getting th these abortions are to raise their children in bed homes and neglected them if you think these women are so great that they could have their own choice to murder their own child that hasn't been given a chance of life yet then why do you think they're going to neglect their children maybe it's because there is something sick in their mind and once these children are born and these women had made these bad decisions to get pregnant it was her mistake and you can't punish somebody else's life for that so what if they are born into a bad family or the mother doesn't want them there's things called foster homes in adoptions and when these people protest against these women who are getting abortions killing their own children you haven't been given a chance at life yet and they say they are not love they don't feel loved by the protesters that's because you're not supposed to be Love and Murder is not supposed to be loved for for the thing that they did you can't just murder somebody and say oh I don't think I like that very much can you just not give me the death sentence or punish me in any way that woman said I did my research and I know what an aborted baby looks like so if you know what an aborted baby looks like and you still think it's okay to kill your own child who again not been given a chance of life yet then that obviously makes you a psycho
I'm neutral on this subject, but let me just say this- I know they only mean the best, but from what I've seen, all they care about is having the babies born. What about the babies afterwards? What happens after that? Really, just think about that for a second.
there are foster homes big coorparations who donate to foster homes we can allocate th half a billion dollars that goes to murder babies to foster homes
Bob Lee I honestly don't know where free abortions are given. It costs about $500 and most women pay out of pocket. If you mean money given to planned parenthood then that takes away free birth control, gynecologist exams, tests for cancer like mammograms and Pap smears. That just hurts women in general; not women getting abortions.
Mathilde Young no, there are millions of unwanted kids with no homes. please do not even try to say that there are so many kids who need to be adopted, because that’s just incorrect. the foster system is pathetic.
They could be cleaning up garbage, working in a homeless shelter, or volunteering at a human society with all that time they have to wave signs and yell at people from off the side of the road.😑😑

YES, it's really sad how many people have bought the lies from PP (and teen mags, Cosmo, etc.) and want to 'pretend' that a pre-born child is NOT a human being, no matter how small. TWO people are involved in every pregnancy - no 'accidents' or surprises here - so if the MAN has committed a crime, prosecute him (for abuse, rape, whatever) and save BOTH the woman + the innocent baby! Common sense in "pop culture' died in the 1970s...
Is it "deciding someone else's life" to tell them they cannot kick a puppy across a room or kill their newborn? NO. Animal cruelty and infanticide laws are about PROTECTING other living beings. Telling someone they couldn't kill their unborn child is about protecting a vulnerable human being and giving him or her a chance at a full and productive life.
No they're not about protection, anti abortion laws are about bullying. Civilised countries have long ago figured who to protect and have established reasonable laws regarding abortion, and protect the mother. In some US States though the society is regressing in such ways as pictured in this video. I tell you, If you're so keen on birthing small humans you can transform into Christians, why don't you start birthing right now and never stop until menopause? I tell you why - because you know you'll life will change forever and is very likely you'll have serious complications from one of the births, even with medical care. Even death is possible in a hospital environment when you're in labour. Pregnancy is a serious experience and Mother Nature has designed it for only the best to survive, the others - fuck them.
Are infanticide laws about protecting or bullying? The poor woman cannot kill her newborn and either has to live with him or put him an the system and worry 24x7 about him coming back to haunt her when he turns 18. Oh those infanticide laws bully women into giving a damn. Guess Cuba is a civilized country? They support killing unborn children. Did I mention anything about Christianity? It doesn't take religion to know that killing an unborn child is wrong. Just science and common sense. The science to know that an unborn child is a human being. The common sense to know that killing a human being that has done nothing wrong is wrong. A woman may trip going up the stairs to care for a newborn. She may die in a car accident bringing her unwanted baby to a fire station. Can she use those as LAME excuses to abandon or kill her newborn? The small possibility of complications during childbirth is a horrible excuse to kill an innocent human being. The lives of all innocent human beings matter.
Before people try to stop abortion they should make birth control for women AND MEN more accessible and perhaps free. If you care about unborn babies so much, you should be willing to help prevent them from getting "murdered". Maybe try to help remove the stigma or shame surrounding young or single pregnant mothers, or maybe at least have food stamps cover diapers! Maybe try to spend your time being more productive and ahow that you are indeed pro life and not merely pro birth.
jasminhook96 your insurance should cover birth control & there's this program I don't remember what it's called and it helps mothers pay for formula and diapers and stuff like that
autumn passmore Oh, my parents have amazing insurance but others are not so lucky. And instead of tax dollars going to fund pregnancy crisis centers (which are fake abortion clinics where they force their religion on women and convince them not to get abortions) the money should go to those programs to help mothers and babies that are already born.
jasminhook96 if only they would stop closing down Planned Parenthood. They help with birth control options for free or a small price. A small percentage of PP do abortions. Most of them are only for health.
You are trying to sidetrack from the moral argument, but I agree. Government provided condoms and birthcontrol (for both sexes) would be cheaper in the long run.
jasminhook96 you can get it for free. You don’t have to get birth control on the shelves, you can get it over the counter. I’m not entirely sure how it works as I keep my legs shut, but you can get it for free in a lot of cases.
It’s fine to have an opinion, but there’s nothing more awful then harassing and screaming at a young woman for making a choice about her own body that’s despicable
Mia Etkin Sickening. And I’ve read so many ppl commenting on what women should do with their bodies i am leaving these comments ya. I’ve never done that before but the ignorance and entitlement too much for me.
@@thebomb0638 that makes NO sence at all... Just because you are a woman doesnt mean you dont have a right to make your own choice. Its your body, not any one elses, and why they do what they do isnt any one elses buisness. No you aint a murder, you are a human being. You dont know how it is. I do, and NO one has the reason to tell me what I should do, and what I shouldnt. It makes me sick.
Volleyball Lover except it’s really not all her choice, it’s just as much the fathers choice as the mothers. Just because the baby is in the woman doesn’t mean the father has no place.
These people against abortion don't even care about the kids once they're born. You're protesting against SAFE abortions. What is so hard for them to understand?
Green Eyed Girl no, Wolfygirl is right. How come they're so against abortions but they don't support education, health care, etc? They're not pro life, they're pro birth. They don't care about the quality of life for children, they just care that they're birthed. If you can't see that, you lack basic compassion.
unicornalq11 the majority of non cold hearted women who have a child they didn’t originally want will change their mind once they have their child in their arms. We have people using abortion as birth control. Women claiming to suffer from mental health issues terminated VIABLE 8 month old babies... like come on. Why are people hating on people who choose LIFE?!
Wolfgirl, Unfortunately there is some pro lifers who just care about unborn babies, but most pro lifers do care about born people too as most if not all the pregnancy crisis centers are ran by pro lifers for free, with free ultrasounds, clothing, food, some even run parenting class, there is also pro lifers who run homes for women and their newborn babies to live in, until they can help them get a home.
That man with the cross on his hat (Cal) is there almost every day protesting....does he not have a job??? Instead of interrogating vulnerable women, why doesn't he be a little more christlike and spend his time serving others. Volunteer at a food bank, become a counselor, etc. - because shaming and harassing people isn't what the Lord would want us to do. As a deeply religious woman, myself, of the LDS church, I still support a woman's right to have a choice. If you don't like abortion, don't have one, simple as that.
