I am a 48 year old man. I went in thinking "I can handle this movie." About 20 minutes in, I knew I wasn't going to make it. At least there was the 100% relatable moment when Reilly gave the bottle back to the boy and his brain was in overload. "GIRL! GIRL! GIRL!" That made me laugh while wiping away the tears. Can't wait for Inside Out 2.
I watched Inside Out on my first flight alone to a foreign country for college, without my family. Can't put into words how emotional that was for me (in a good way) it was like that warm nostalgic sadness
"...I still hug onto the side..." I mostly just lay on the ice. The side isn't sufficient for me to stay upright on ice. ... Okay, a bit of an exaggeration, but not much. You're not alone. "...what's your thoughts on pineapple on pizza..." Fruit in general is awesome on pizza. Pears go well, apple. Not so much oranges, but that's because they don't cook so well. The nice thing about it is that you get salty and sweet tastes at the same time, which is something we like. There is salt in ice cream, for instance, and it wouldn't work _as_ ice cream without it. Most of the problem with pineapple on pizza is that we often get really _bad_ pineapple. Other good things on pizza: sundried tomato, artichoke heart, roasted red pepper, onion (preferably sweet or red), mushrooms (all sorts), a variety of cheeses, pepperoni, bacon, and sausage. "...I haven't had a dream in a while..." Most likely you have. As far as I know, dreams happen _every_ night. You just don't _remember_ them when you wake up. You say most of your dreams are _bad_ ones, and later in the movie they reveal _why..._ because they _wake you up_ so you're in the _middle_ of them when they happen. You might not wake _entirely_ as happens in the movie, but you enter a _much_ lighter stage of sleep where memories can become more permanent. "...I thought he was gonna stomp on the floor..." It's an expression in America, 'putting ones foot down', meaning to enforce a rule or boundary or idea, usually from someone in charge, blocking the actions of others. "...where the dog dies, what?..." A reference to earlier in the movie where Joy was talking to Sadness about funny movies, and _Sadness_ brought up that movie. "...I like sticking to rules..." Mmm, with _danger_ signs it's more that you like _not_ being hurt or dead. :)
It was subtle but I caught that...on your version the 'husband in his mind was watching soccer(football) in his mind.' while the version I am sure we on the west side are used to seeing the husband watching Hockey. That's crazy how they edit it like that in different countries!

the combination of pineapple and ham is great on pizza. it's all about balancing sweet and saviory. the problem is that most people don't know how to cook with pineapple. in the end you'll get a decent ham and cheese pizza with sturdy dried-out chunks of pineapple. you need to dice the pineapple in small cubes, same size as green peas, braise it in it's own liquid till soft. add the pineapple in the last 5 minutes of baking your pizza. side note, also keep the ham moist during baking.
The reference to the movie where the dog died at the end is from the Disney movie The Old Yeller where a boy's best friend a dog gets the rabies and despite the boy want it to live, he knows it can't be cured and have to put it out of its misery, which he does at the end.

WallE, Rise of the Guardians and this are my 3 favorite animated movies. This one is at the top. Funny as a 60 yr old fart to be rating watching animated shows lol but some are very worthy.

I think it will be hard to top Encanto for me, for many reasons, but Inside Out is definitely top 10 animated movies and number one for educational and entertaining in the same package. They hired two psychologists specializing in emotions to consult on this movie, and it shows.
I just realized something ... Riley is not their biological child ... at least not both of the parents. Riley's eyes are blue, and both parents' eyes are brown. If you understand genetics, you understand that Riley is not (both of) their child.

Seriously?! You don't like pineapple on pizza?! That's my favorite! And before anyone goes "Fruit doesn't go on pizza!", I'll you this: tomatoes are fruit (okay, technically berries but they STILL counts in that category, not veggies) and nearly ALL pizza have tomato sauce on them.
@aarondograu As much as I love strawberries (my favorite in the category fruit and berries), it's too sweet for pizza and doesn't go well with tomatoes.
