CIG had to add armistice zones to the station hab areas just to stop the spawn camping because players were killing everyone, making it impossible to actually play in Pyro. Those who got the opportunity to play in the Pyro Playground almost unanimously say that every human reaction in Pyro was kill on sight. GL achieving anything in Pyro
Yep, this is to give the PVP players content by luring in PVE players with the promise of actual gameplay while it'll likely be extremely shallow and/or the same stuff as in stanton, but seal clubbers need seals and that's how you get them to come to pyro to get clubbed.
Someone on spectrum called it. They need a tasty carrot for PVE people to wander into the PVP zone so they can continue to be content. Chances are it COULD be implemented in stanton, but won't be. In order to drive more people to Pyro, not that there's any difference because there's no functioning police response in stanton anyhow.
If the travel times are close to the original plan (10x?) they better have significantly more to do in each area My sc "dream" is still to have enough gameplay in one area/part of a planet to where you don't need a ship to play. Don't think that's happening for a long time I'm assuming that area is the planet and a few space stations we'll just see how much. No moons so they can't have you jumping back and forth for bounties and stuff like stanton
Some great scenery. I've purposely avoided the early tests for Pyro, so I can experience it for the first time once it goes live. It will be a very busy place when it goes live, and probably a lot more dangerous than it would normally be, simply due to everyone going there. Stanton should play quite smoothly.
Not gonna lie the more they’ve revealed of pyro and the new systems we keep getting the more and more I’m starting to dread rather than be excited for any of the “new” content, lawless system and we’re just shown nothing but a murky looking Stanton but it’s new so “spread that hype”, I can already see the marketing team picking meta ships for pyro and making up dumb reasons as to why you’ll need it for pyro to push those sales 😂
Sad to say, I dont think the recent view count is the algorythem but the masive decilne in star citizen interest :/ Really hope the project gets through like it always did but if sq42 isnt the best thing ever we have some real problems for sc ..
@@NOOBIFIER1337 To be fair, gta 6 is in development for a few more years - cost much much and people lost theire shit over the quality of the leak since polish is the last phase of game development I wish people could cut sc some slack with what they work on they deserve more time and relaxation from the community haha
Im starting to worry that maybe, just maybe this dev team is biting off more than they can chew. Cant wait to be excited for a month at the end of the year after citcon when some of the things are in the game and like, a new cool ship that I wont be able to do much with. Long time supporter, and backer. I think Im starting to feel the backer fatigue. Anyways. Thanks as always noob. Perfect place to stay informed. Hopefully one day we arent just continually talking about what may be and just be enjoying all of it.
It's blatantly obvious CIG has sided with younger backers even at the expense of older backer by pushing the far left liberal agenda. The Carrack won too much. The younger generation hates winners. They probably fixed the results to appease the crowd that has gotten participation trophies there whole lives.
@NOOBIFIER1337 If you do though, please don't drop the main 2/3 minute abridged versions. They're already compact enough as-is, and this is what many people watch you for :)
I dont think I heard anything new. It looks pretty. But the prospect of getting jumped the moment I get there . With all the time sink mechanics now running. Its ever less attractive as a game.
This project gets more and more arcadey and gamified, implementing more and more systems and mechanics that ruined other good games over time. Difference is CIG is implementing them from the get go... ugh. Unfortunate.
