There's a Victorian house that has been the talk of the Queen Anne neighborhood for decades, mostly because it's so colorful on the outside. But what is it like on the inside?
I’m not a minimalist by any means. I love collecting odd things as well. I feel as long as you have a place for them it’s ok. Once you start piling things on top of each other you’ve basically become a hoarder. May I suggest adding on a new room or three. 😬

You might mention that this is in Seattle, for fuck's sake. It's not like it's self evident to somebody in New Jersey where (or who, or what) Queen Anne is.
Very cool... I love old houses and the doctor did a very creative job in renovating this one. It certainly helps to have a lot of money. I am glad to see he put his wealth to good use.

The real joke is that the owner could have bought more 19th century paintings for his home, if he did not waste most of the wall space with Victorian middle-class baubles.

I have to comment on the "Turkish hand painted thing!" it is not Turkish, it is Arabic words , in fact it is a verse from the Qura'n the Muslims holy book means that "you were the best nation ever known to mankind" .... Surprise ha!
Way to much stuff inside the home. It takes away from the charm. Landscape is nice, but way to much work. The outside detail just way to gaudy and I am a gay man myself.
He's overdone it. His house looks like an antique shop, more than a lived in house. There's one woman on the Internet who lives her modern life in the Victorian times, and her house looks lived in. His house does not.
This man clearly has plenty of money. I'm all for Victorian decor but, this is just ridiculous! Instead of spending millions on an already lovely home buying, buying and more buying of useless space-wasting trinkets, why not give to charity.....you know, those unfortunate people who live paycheck to paycheck or don't even have a job or a home? Oh wait...... I guess you would never think of doing something that could possibly benefit anyone but you! Narcissistic people make me sick! Flaunting their wealth is all they live for.
What business is it of anyone else how much money another person spends on their home? Or, indeed, how many “space-wasting” trinkets they choose to collect. For all we know, he has made huge philanthropic donations. By your logic, you are condemning people for whom make a success of their lives and spend their money how they choose. The world is not set up as one conglomerate charitable organisation in which everybody with excess money is compelled to contribute. It would be far more productive for you to concentrate on your own personal contributions, rather than concerning yourself with the actions of others. By the way, just so we’re clear. I speak as someone living pay check to pay check, and applaud anyone for living their own life as long as it’s not directly detrimental to others. And in this particular situation - it certainly is not. Good day.
