If location was my thing I wouldn't mind splashing tht 88M. Also I think the developer could have added some cabinets in that laundry area its soo empty , not forgetting for 88M they could have at least added some sort of sitting area if not a swimming pool at that massive backyard.
Wow ..... this is the first house i have seen that has a white picket fence ..... but for a 88million price tag .... no stone enclosed garage??? Imagine one that has a Range Rover Velar parked under that cover.
I wonder if even the 0.1% that could honestly afford this home would find it that attractive. House has some nice elements but for 88 million niko thoroughly disappointed.

Quick question, whats the price of 1/4 acre in that "Runda" area? I could be wrong but the Kiuk in me would want to be the seller but would not pay 88 M for the house.
I used to buy ready homes some years back. But today, I would rather buy land, then build. It costs half the price. I learnt from my friend who has bought and built at Tigoni.
