Yes. This will have negative unintended consequences. The law is used as a weapon against opposition to the left. Not for the real criminals. No real perpetrator will be prosecuted.
And that's why whoever this guy is if we ever find out he will not be walking anymore because this is ridiculous that schools can allow this to happen and not report it to the law
