Beautiful house. Very surprised that for a 35M house the owner's bedroom doesn't have a jacuzzi. Very surprised. I love the skylight. I'd have preferred 5 bedrooms than 6 with a larger owner's bedroom and bathroom. There isn't a lot of room around the house for some trees and greenery. It would have been spectacular to have the owner's bedroom on the top floor all by itself. I like kitchens with Islands. Good presentation.

@@NaturalktedyEdna No, did not make it to Diani beach, but did come to Mombassa. Will probably head to Milindi (Watamu) from here. I've heard great things about Diani but I've found Mombassa Beach to be very nice. Also Nyali Beach is cool though very crowded.

Nice design indeed. The finishing is superb. I'm wondering what it would cost to build a smaller version, like 200 m² living surface, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, no SQ. We have a 1/4 acre plot in Ruiru, so it would be only construction cost. Any hint is appreciated.
