Only one complaint; for a 3 million dollars home, it should have a dedicated laundry room not a washer hidden in the kitchen!!

$3M with no garden, no laundry room, one bath tub in the whole house, Quality of the kitchen cabinet is questionable, and terrible brown tiles. Definitely not worth $3M.

Wondering when they will be so much space in front and none at the back for a 1.6 billion naira home.. the pool doesn't even speak luxury.(70s type pool) Automation isn't luxury. Over hyped. I just hope cobwebs wont start living there soon.. what's the essence of parking cars outside. No indoor garage. The finishing is tacky.

Great presentation. You’re fantastic. Buuuuut if am dropping 3 MILLION DOLLARS my next neighbor has to be at least 5 miles away. The interior design could do with some character. This home should have a better pool , more privacy and huge sprawling well manicured lawns and entertainment features.

This property looks like a place we’re it was once a business she said don’t worry about what the outside looks like. That is a commercial building and it was renovated into a house.

This house is absolutely gorgeous. Although, I've never understood placing laundry washing machines in kitchens🤔 I know apartments are designed this way also in Germany but to me it really doesn't make sense for large houses with so much space. There's a possibility water could overflow due to so much detergent getting placed🤷‍♂️ Also, it's a bit surprising this mansion doesn't have a gym. Besides the two, this house is top-notch especially the attention to details 👌
