I just wanna acknowledge how much of a strong women you are to be dealing with so many things, especially with your house issues, ALL BY YOURSELF technically. Being a home owner and having to make the decisions you’re having to make. Deciding to not be a owner op / owning a trucking company any more (because of the how the economy im the trucking industry is right now)….ALL while keeping such, such, such a positive and upbeat attitude, still wanting to record, still recording videos for your vlogging / RU-vid. Love you guys. Dakota is so cute. Houses can be a mess sometimes. Stabilize the foundation. The settlement cracks are just a little plaster and maybe windows repaired (Minwax wood filler). I would suggest renting it and get you a tiny house, which can be elaborate or basic, whatever you want to make it, but they're portable and can be moved! Can just put another beside it for a studio or shop. No wasted space and easy to heat, cool. They can even run off solar power. Check out Boxabl.

No for real. My last OTR run. Took a load out from KC to Denver. No biggie. Dropped that. Went across town. Waited 12 hours to load. Took that to South Carolina. They made me wait 30 hours to drop. That was my last OTR run. I said no more. Went on to haul fuel local. Keep safe

We here in Central PA have approx 12 homeless Vets who walk a wide loop from Johnstown to Williamsport. They normally camp out in the woods. Maybe you can open your house for homeless Vets? It'll be good for them and also you'd maybe get a tax break for doing so.

Call your house your company name so that it’s part of your business. You know most RU-vidrs use there house as a business expense. I follow a few who call there ‘ goonzquad headquarters etc… Remember your RU-vid is business too…just trying to help. So you can keep your house as your own. It’s a great investment to own a house. Re downsizing I think Lisa Kelly did the same up in Prudhoe Bay, goid luck to you it will work out for you I'm sure all happens for a reason however check out some of the others that have downsized and grown just like garden flowers. U can check on ur phone that where saves wifi passwords settings on there, Or look up on ur Xfinity account for that. Just let u know.

Fix your house first. You can rent out rooms or the upstairs and save a room for you and Dakota. The rent should cover your monthly mortgage payment if you have one. Or you could refinance the house if you have enough equity to pull out for the repairs . Or sell the house and live in your truck on the road and buy another home with the equity.

Can you elaborate on your comment of you saying, the way the trucking industry is going?

It looks like a foundation problem, not cheap, and those windows have too be resealed inside and outside, dont sell it without a restoration. if those cracks come back after selling the expenses will be bigger.

I'm late but you can probably connect to your router with WPS. You don't need a password, there should be a button on the router that either says WPS or has an icon with two arrows in a circle. If you press it, you have a certain amount of time to connect your computer to it.

Shelby if your water pipes freeze that's gonna cost way more to fix in that old house. I turned mine up to 70 degrees because they can't shut you off in the winter for unable to pay 😂 i was at 66 degrees 2 shirts and a hoodie but my dogs were happy. Me not so much. The storm is here and I'm grateful the power hasn't went out with these winds. -27 degrees with the windchill factor. All schools were closed today.
