Concordo plenamente com você ... Existem Mansões na mesma faixa de preço ou até mesmo bem mais caras , e só se vê madeira por toda a Casa ... Eu não tenho nada contra revestimento em madeira , mas isso combina mais com as casas típicas de Classe Média Norte Americana , USA , Canada , México , no Continente Europeu , na Oceania , por exemplo na Australia , New Zealand entre outras ... No entanto , já que é pra gastar algumas Dezenas de milhões de dólares em contrução ou compra de uma Mansão , que seja tão linda quanto essa . Só um detalhe ... Eu sou Design de interiores , e vejo que seria mais interessante se todos os pisos dessa linda casa fosse revestido com Quartzito Exótico ou Mármore , para dar um aspecto um Palácio Moderno Contemporâneo e Charmoso . Mas mesmo não tendo esse detalhe , a Mansão está lindíssima ❤ . Parabéns aos Construtores .

Houses that big are totally and completely useless. They’re cold, sterile and lack the “homey feel” to them. Look at Aaron Spelling’s old house in LA (The Manor) that’s been sitting on the market more than it’s been occupied since his widow sold it. Then there’s those like Billionaire or The One that sat for so long the developers filed for bankruptcy and they were ultimately sold at auction because nobody wanted them. This one is ostentatious and over the top enough as it is - don’t need anything bigger.

It looks like a bachelor pad to me but love the waterfront part.. I’m determined to own a waterfront home in this lifetime to leave to my kids when I’m gone.. Some of the surrounding houses looked more my style can’t wait to be a non-nosed neighbor 😂❤🎉
Beautiful house,but it will make sense if its used for those ready to love,love island,ex on the beach plus mayb big brother shows,coz it's not giving me that cosy family oriented feeling,but it's nice,good work to the builders and listing agents.
He’s targeting the rappers or the 80 year old single guy who’s trying to attract young 18 YO who think he’s cool. But, in the end he’ll unload it like he does with all the other houses he’s built.
the reason commercial architecture can be so sterile is that no one has to live there. One has to wonder if the owners of this edifice don't have a cozy villa where they can actually live.
Amazing indeed, all this beauty and luxury are wonderful, but... It is not really complete. The experience of life is only complete when there is eternal youth and immortality, otherwise our experiences are nothing but a small glimpse in time. With direct contact with God and people in Heaven, and the secrets of the super-sexuality and vigor, the experience of life becomes even better.
