I find the migrant situation to be DISGUSTING. Our President's first responsibility is to keep the American people safe and by allowing open borders with no vetting show how he really feel about his country and it's people. I find myself staying home more often and no venturing out at night, all because I'm concerned about safety and how our country is reacting to crime. I'm no longer mad or worring about what the migrants are getting anymore. I'm more concern now with trying to figure out why they are getting these things that appear to be free. Those unregistered illegal mopeds have been a problem since day one. The NYPD looks the other way instead of enforcing the law unless enough locals get fed up a complain. A lot of calls to 311 would help get some of them off the street. Also many of those plates are novelty plates and are not actually registered.

They get the scooters from the scooter stores that have these rent to own programs like rent a center.They pay weekly There's also underground operations where they can buy names and ID for those who don't have documents.

In some states, if the scooter has a governor, you don't need a license or insurance. If you remove the governor, you need all the legal paperwork.

Big news this morning: New York Governor Hochul is proposing to removing TAX EXEMPTIONS- from colleges& universities in the City and State of NY producing --- hundreds of millions for the city and state!!! As of now colleges & universities are TAX Exempt.... written in state constitution!! Just wondering if migrant situation contributed to this decision!!! Should be interesting decision & outcome 😊😊

You're allowed to record anything that you can see from public view. If security violates your rights by telling you that you can't record, then file a complaint against security at the police station. Make sure you include the name of the security officer in your complaint.
