great content! do you have any specific fighters you would recommend to study as someone who is short and is a pressure fighter? Also how do you really analyse fights and sparring?

You can find many great short fighters to study: Tyson, Pitbull Cruz, Canelo… I focus on general strategy, tactics, set-ups, non-basic techniques, psychological pressure

So nice and helpfull videos😃!it's great sport, keep it up. My son loves and trains boxing and I want to start amateur trainings for fitness. Even we try spar together at home but I always lose to him yet.We can say that I won once, only after I decided to try punch him in the balls😈
