@dudemorris7769 Wrong choice of words. They conspired to kill Jennifer, Fotis did it, and they tried to frame Pawel. I've watched the whole trial, I am aware Michelle didn't physically kill Jennifer.

@@lesant7659 Dulos also suggested that Pawel change the seats in the truck and sell the truck. Fotis also got his hair cut like Pawel and dressed in work clothes like Pawel on the day of the murder.

@@kittymartin2982yes, I that is precisely what they did. Pawel surprised them by saying he wanted his truck back on Friday, so Michelle intentionally took his keys so he couldn’t bring it home, and then she and Fotis cleaned it during the weekend.

To use word kill at all is telling as well as her other comment then the defense lawyer being condescending and trying to discredit this guy smh

Doesn’t mean she knew about it. They know for fact that she didn’t go with him that morning and have her on multiple cameras during the time Fotis was gone. However, Pawel, definitely could have been there as he was in New Cannan that day just a few miles away from Jennifer’s house.

My case is similar in many ways, but I moved to undisclosed location and when I file divorce papers the court maintained my address secret. You have that option so every one to know.Then I moved out of the country. Mistress can be worse than the ex sometimes using them as an attack force. Guys are loyal to guys women are dangerous when what they are chasing it’s not a guy but a way of living in luxury.

Every socioeconomic background presents its own set of problems. Really wealthy people often always need security. There are real risks to being wealthy. Other times people try to use you, some people try to actually take money from you, some will constantly tell you to loan them money. Most people would probably want money vs not having money but every socioeconomic bracket has both its pros and cons.

The carpenter went to go get his truck from fotus to take his dirt bike out . Now Fotus had borrowed it for a little while and when he showed up he surprised Fotus & Michelle . He asked them to follow him to drop off the vehicle he was currently in and bring him back to get his truck . Fotus went with him , Michelle stayed behind and when they got back his keys to the truck were missing . Fotus told him Michelle took them because they were not ready to let him take his truck back and to never say out loud that Michelle had taken the keys . Fotus also shaved his head to resemble this man . He was trying to frame this man for killing Jennifer

@@kathypeterson13 ok, so when he returned to retrieve his red truck, and the keys were missing, he was persuaded to allow fotis to keep the truck, longer?

@@m_christine1070 yes ! He was employed by Dulos so it was more of a I’m using it period kind of thing. He also took the truck to a car wash and cleaned the inside of it . He then tried to get him to agree to sell it to Dulos as well . This guy just placed Michelle at the possible scene of burial ? He said it was one of many construction sites that Dulos owned .

I still dont believe she participated in the murder, i think he told her they got into an arguement and jennifer ended up dead by accident and to please help him clean up the crime scene (the night prior,while he buried or disposed of, the body, or something. I think he had help from his lawyer mulwhinney. They may have had some kind of pact to jointly kill their wives. I'm very surprised at the timing that they had broken up(michelle and fotis); i would have thought they might immediately marry, so that she couldnt be forced to testify against him.

Exactly, he could have taken the keys himself while standing there. Why didn’t Pawel take the keys right then?? Sketchy & he lied up to the point that Fotis died.

@@dudemorris7769 The fact that her defense didn’t push back on her taking the keys though makes me think maybe she did take them. But it was a missed moment. I don’t think the state has proven this case but looking at comments it seems the has been convicted in the media.

Fotis wasn't rich. He used Jennifer and her family for his money/lifestyle.

Because then she would be guilty, she made her family and daughter believe she was inocent.

He saw the key and when Fotus followed him to drop off the other vehicle and came back to get his truck from Fotus the keys were not missing! Michelle was with the truck the entire time . Fotus appears to have been trying to look like this witness , used his truck shaved his head to look like him from afar etc . The key is significant in this testimony
